Bon emplacement au calme

Séjour sympathique au Lavandou ! Villa au calme, à 10 min à pied (avec enfants) des plages. Superbe vue et villa très spacieuse et bien équipée. Pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur par chambre.A conseiller !

Très agréable séjour au calme et près de toutes les commodités ainsi que de très belles plages. Vue mer magnifique mieux que sur les photos. Coin salon d'été TOP. Autre terrasse pour manger avec vue mer également. Maison spacieuse facile a vivre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Valérie est adorable et a l'écoute. Le seul HIC c'est quand on doit partir.

Des vacances de rêves, une superbe vue sur la mer de cette belle maison proche des plages. Un accueil de qualité en toute simplicité, un grand merci à la propriétaire. @pour les parents inquiets du manque de Wifi, ça n'a manqué à aucun des membres, du plus ado au plus ancien !! merveilleux séjour

Maison agréable à vivre avec une terrasse et un coin canapé extérieur offrant une superbe vue sur la baie d’Aiguebelle et les Îles d’Or. Espace jardin joliment planté et arborisé. Cuisine bien équipée et grand salon-salle à manger. Chambres spacieuses avec belle vue. Salles de bains avec fenêtres. A mi-chemin entre Le Lavandou village et Rayol: bon emplacement pour découvrir la région.

Ruim huis, prachtig uitzicht

Ruim huis, heerlijk terras met prachtig uitzicht. Ideaal huis voor twee stellen. Strand op 15 minuten lopen. Maar pas op: lakens en handdoeken zelf meenemen, je moet € 130 extra betalen voor de schoonmaak en er is geen wifi ! Dat alles stond niet in de advertentie. We hebben uiteindelijk uit coulance toch nog lakens gekregen.

stayed 2 weeks, very good location with beach in walking distance, very nice view from under the trees, bike distance to city center watch out for ants in all sizes, but not in the house we enjoyed it lots!

Nous avons passé en famille un agréable séjour dans cette maison. cette maison est très agréable à vivre. on s'y sent bien de suite. la vue est magnifique. on apprécie de voir la mer, les iles, et tout cela, entouré d'arbres : Cyprès, chênes lièges, et, eucalyptus. Je recommande vivement.

Haus am Hang mit Pfiff und Traumblick

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Traumlage in Aiguebelle mit Blick aufs Meer von zwei Terrassen und aus Wohn- und zwei der drei Schlafzimmer. Strände zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Ansprechende Architektur, z. B. der offene Kamin im Wohnzimmer und die Galeriesituation. Positiv auch die technische Ausstattung (Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine). Funktioniert und reicht völlig aus. Die Einrichtung hält nicht ganz dieses Niveau, manches wirkt etwas lieblos zusammengestellt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben die Osterferien Mitte April bei auch Glück mit dem Wetter in Aiguebelle genossen.

Super vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la propriété. Valérie est un hôte exceptionnel, tres aimable et toujours prete a aider. La maison est tres agréable, tres bien équipée et tres propre et en plus avec une magnifique vue. Il y a un choix de jolies plages accessibles a pied. Tolle Lage aber leider mit Ungeziefer

Das Haus und die Lage sind wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und eigentlich sehr schön. Leider mussten wir die Unterkunft frühzeitig verlassen, da sich dort insbesondere in den Abendstunden und Nachts Ungeziefer im Haus breit gemacht haben und uns den Schlaf genommen haben.

Maison conforme aux photos. Cadre idyllique. Vue magnifique. Tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine et même plus! Proche des commodités et des belles plages. On se sent bien dans cette location. Attention le terrain est en pente avec des escaliers, ce qui peut être un problème avec des jeunes enfants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.

Très bien située avec une belle vue dans un jardin méditerranéen Proche du Lavandou et des plages de St Clair et Cavalière. Possibilité de se rendre à pied plage Aiguebelle et Jean Blanc. Commerces en quelques minutes en voiture . Maison confortable et cuisine très bien équipée.

Une super maison quel cadre !!!

Idéalement située, nous avons particulièrement aimé les somptueuses vue sur la mer et les espaces extérieurs: • La terrasse avec son mobilier en bois et sa plancha . • Le coin jardin aménagé avec ses banquettes, fauteuils et chaises longues sous un magnifique chêne liège (sublime). La grande maison nous a beaucoup plu avec son spacieux séjour et une belle cuisine. Merci à Valerie pour sa gentillesse et son accueil !

Maison très bien située

La maison est au calme avec une jolie vue, la région est magnifique au mois de mai. La plage la plus proche est à moins de 15 minutes à pied et si on aime marcher deux autres plages très agréables sont accessibles, en passant par la piste cyclable pour La Fossette et par un sentier côtier très agréable pour la Pointe du Layet.
