Longview Lodge- A complete package!

You are immediately welcomed by the lodge feel of this beautiful pet-friendly home near Blackbird Point on Green Lake. Inside you will find wood paneled rooms, an recently updated kitchen, wood beams and supple leather furniture. Outside features a deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, a large level yard complete with fire pit. The property possesses some of the best lake views, calm waters and swimming which make it the perfect place for family entertainment. Guests will appreciate the simplicity of the layout, the level yard and great waters off the dock. One of a few homes that will gladly accept your dog (pet fee applies) who will also enjoy all the benefits of Green Lake. The single level floor plan has 3 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The Master bedroom features king bed, lake views and your own private bath. The full hall bathroom is shared between two bedrooms: one with another king bed and the other with full sized bunk beds and another full bed w/trundle. The common area has plenty of seating and two separate large dining tables that can easily be combined for one large family get-together.

Property is located near Blackbird Point which is known for relatively calm waters, great swimming and boating and awesome views.

Downtown Green Lake is about 10-12 drive. Pubs/Tavern 5 minutes.

Family gathers at Green Lake

The vacation rental was clean and well maintained. The outdoor patio, fire pit and dock were outstanding.The lake house itself was a tight fit for our family of 10.

Great Green Lake Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house on Green Lake. The house had everything we needed for the week. The level yard was great for yard games; the pier was awesome to sit and read or enjoy the company of friends and family; and the lake itself is awesome.

Lake Vacay

The house handily accommodated our 8 adults. We so enjoyed spending time sitting on the pier and fishing. The paddle boards and kayaks were so enjoyable, as was the fire pit. Doug from Special Properties was very helpful getting us settled.

Great rental for small group with dogs!

We had a great time. The pickings for a nice property that accepts dogs and is on the water is slim, so this was a great find. The property is nicely decorated and the accessories are high quality. Great kitchen supplies, great furniture and beds and high quality outdoor furniture. The extra refrigerator in the garage for drinks, etc. was a nice bonus. The dock is great, for sitting, fishing and docking a boat. Its 1.2 miles from a good restaurant so that was nice not having to go all the way to Green Lake and the neighborhood is connected via local streets for a nice walk with the dog. The neighbors were kind and accepting of the dogs that wondered a sometimes :) . highly recommend!

Great visit for three generations

This property has a great view of Green Lake (both sunrises and sunsets) with access to a boat launch if needed. We were able to launch or Kayaks from the dock and steps. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family and we appreciated the 2.5 baths. The living/dining/kitchen area was all open and perfect for family time, lounging, and games. There was even a second dining table for activities. This opened onto a nice deck with a table, chairs and lots of seating. We also enjoyed using the fire pit at night. We didn’t play foos ball, but the clean basement with minimal furniture came in handy during a tornado warning! There is an extra living area which we used as a play area for our granddaughter. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glassware, cups, pans, and baking dishes. We were just a short drive from a very nice county park with a swimming beach, playground, and volleyball.

Awesome week

House was very spacious and had an amazing view of the lake! Dock was great for swimming and the backyard was great (especially for dogs ;) ). Everything was super clean and the house was great. Will definitely be back next year.
