Summary:
A recently refurbished, ideally located 4 bedroom property, that is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and the renowned Apolonia supermarket. This villa offers all home comforts and is perfect to cater for all the family, even with a table tennis table and separate tv with playstation.


The options are endless, long strolls on the beach, passing by the Salgados lagoon to see the variety of rare birds and nearby horse riding. At night-time, there are various restaurants within walking distance, or if you are looking for a busier atmosphere, Albufeira is only a few minutes away by car, with all catering and nightlife options available.


All bedrooms and lounge have air-conditioning. Pool heating is optional.

The Space:
The lounge/ dining area is open plan with a central fireplace looking out to the pool. Comfortable sofas and armchairs and coffee table in the lounge area and 2 televisions, one dedicated to keep the kids entertained with a playstation and a selection of DVD's. English channels such as BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc are available for viewing, as well as children channels. The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests, with a separate wine fridge!


A fully fitted and equipped kitchen (leading straight out to the BBQ area) with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc, indeed, everything that you would expect.


There are two twin bedded bedrooms on the ground floor (the beds can be pushed together, if required). These are both serviced by a large guest shower room.


The first floor has a further 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room. The other bedroom has twin beds with an ensuite bathroom (with bath). Both bedrooms have a private terrace, plus there is another lovely terrace where one can have a relaxing drink and appreciate the sea view, or look down over the pool and garden on comfortable seating. On the outside, there is a 4m x 9m swimming pool which can be heated, if required, at 180 GBP per week. This is surrounded by a terrace and lawn, with a large table and chairs for al-fresco dining and sun loungers.There is also a barbecue area just off the kitchen with a BBQ, pizza / bread oven and sink. On the other side of the house, a table tennis table is provided for family enjoyment.
