Great stay and a super villa

We had a great family stay (6 adults) and the villa was up to expectations. The villa is very well appointed and the garden and the outside area is excellent and the location was very quiet.The entrance is a little tight for cars but manageable.Overall a great place to stay

Wonderful property, everything is catered for. Modern & very secure. Quiet spot adjacent to farmland but easily accessible. What3words location is songbook.assembled.environment Great location, good restaurants nearby. Sao Domingo’s, Jompra & Olive recommended. Mr Singhs for a curry, good value. Car is needed. Although large Galé beach nearby we regularly visited two lovely coves Costelo & Evristo. Both have good dining/toilet facilities and sun bed hire. Would definitely recommend this property.

The villa is lovely. Its located in a great spot near to shops and the beach. There is also a 24hr pharmacy close by. We found the villa to be well kept and clean. We had an issue with the master shower and one of the air-conditioning units but asked for them to be sorted after our stay so we could enjoy ourselves. The kitchen has everything you could need. It is located in a very quiet area and the bird life is great, a real treat. The lady looking after the villa was very helpful and responded to messages very quickly. The owner was very gracious in letting us check in early and check out late which meant we got the full use of our time there. We hope to book the villa again as it was perfect for us.

Great Location

Very nice clean place! Nice backyard and short drive or long walk to the beach. Marta was nice to let us check in a little early and quickly addressed a small issue we had with the washing machine.

Perfect Introduction to the Algarve

This was our first time in the Algarve, and we were looking for a house for the family that we could all be in and enjoy and use as a home base. This was exactly what we wanted. It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities that we were looking for, with some fantastic recommendations in the area (many within walking distance). We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely villa

It's a great villa with lovely grounds, and in a good location. In walking distance to some restaurants and a 5-10 minute drive to a couple of supermarkets. The TV had plenty of English channels if required. The gates were lockable as well.

Fantastic Villa!!!!

We enjoyed a lovely week @ Casa Nova. The location is great and it is extremely peaceful. The villa is extremely clean and well kitted out....we had a very relaxing holiday

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The check in process was easy and the villa was immaculate on arrival. The space is large and comfortable with a fantastic pool area. Nice local restaurants and a short trip to more lively areas. Would happily stay again.

Another lovely stay…

This was our second time staying at the villa and we enjoyed it as much as the first. The villa is modern and spacious, the pool area is the same and there are places to go locally to match differing tastes. Communication was great and the villa was clean and tidy.

We brought this villa in 2014 as our holiday home from a local builder in Gale brand new. A long time saving a place of our own has made our dream a reality.
It was fitted out to a high spec and we just had to have it as its private location and surrounding farmland was just what we wanted a space to escape!
We are now able to enjoy the villa with our daughter and now her family where our grand daughter loves to play and enjoy the pool.
We hope that you enjoy our proud villa as much as we do.
We have appointed a local management couple who live only minutes away to help guests on site should you need it.
