Town house very well located in Saint Trojan. 100m from the seafront, 500m from the town centre. Ideally situated to be close to everything without having to endure the drawbacks of proximity to entertainment and the very busy seafront.
Cleverly arranged with bedrooms upstairs, this house also has a very large terrace allowing you to enjoy the beautiful Oléron weather. A very good heating system allows you to enjoy the house, whatever the season and outside temperature.
The house has 7 sleeping spaces, of which 3 are rather intended for children, bunk beds, but the 2 bedrooms allow one or two families to enjoy its calm and environment in an optimal way. Garden furniture, barbecue, digital TV, wifi, all comfort is available. Gas cooker, the shower room is on the ground floor and the toilets are separate.
