Ideal for spending your holidays with family or friends. You can meet in our area with 8 independent lodgings (11 rooms) surrounded by nature with private pool and large terraces for your meals.

The rental consists of:

* GĂźte La Grande BĂątisse: 4 bedrooms, kitchen area, full bathroom, large terrace
* Gßte n ° 1: 3 bedrooms, kitchen area and bathroom.
* Cottage n ° 2: 3 bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom.
* Iris Cottage: 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in the living room, kitchen area, full bathroom
* Looky Cottage: 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, kitchen area and bathroom.

You will have access to the domain's swimming pool - open from May to the end of September.

Ideal for your holidays with families or friends: Swimming pool, playground for children, trampoline, ping-pong pétanque for the older children under the shade of chestnut trees.

-The CHASSEZAC river is close to 500m to 1km with many bathing places.

-Possibilities nearby: paragliding, canyoning, horse riding, hiking or relaxing hikes with the ascent of the bar greenhouse from the farmhouse by the path of the shepherdesses to discover absolutely (drop of 400m in 1 km500), climbing, via ferrata tree climbing , tennis, badmington, quad, and of course canoeing with either the descent of the Chassezac allow 2 to 3 hours or the descent of the ArdĂšche provide for the largest (32 kms) 1 day with possibility of bivouac over 2 days.

-You can also discover the Virade du Batistou, a short hike in the town of GraviĂšres for the whole family.

-Museums of the surroundings: Museum area of the Pays des Vans, mini farm, Chauvet cave exhibition in Vallon Pont d'Arc Pont d'Arc, ArdĂšche 1900 museum in Saint Paul le Jeune, Commanderie TempliĂšre de JalĂšs in Berrias

L’association de plusieurs gĂźtes autour d’une bĂątisse plus grande, la restauration avec des pierres des anciens bĂątiments et un confort moderne ont permis un long weekend avec trĂšs grand plaisir et dont nous nous souviendrons longtemps La gentillesse et la rĂ©activitĂ© de Christophe le propriĂ©taire (prĂ©sent et discret) ses dĂ©licates attentions sa bonne humeur ont contribuĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ussite de ce sĂ©jour C’est exceptionnel de pouvoir se retrouver nombreux avec l’intendance qui suit et de grands espaces et d’avoir chacun une certaine intimitĂ© dans chaque gĂźte Pour les loisirs il y a de quoi faire et satisfaire chacun

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© l’ensemble du domaine pour deux jours entre ami(e)s . Ce fut un week end superbe 
 nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© les installations et les Ă©quipements , comme un petit hameau . Le lieu a une Ăąme et est trĂšs bien situĂ© . Les chambres sont toutes (11) confortables et bien dĂ©corĂ©es, les espaces communs sont bien agencĂ©s et il y a de quoi s’amuser ( trĂšs beau jeu de boules , Ping Ping , piscine ,
) La cerise sur le gĂąteau c’est l’accueil trĂšs bienveillant des propriĂ©taires qui ont tout fait pour rendre notre sĂ©jour agrĂ©able . Un grand merci Ă  Christophe , Arlette et toute la famille . Les dĂ©licieuses madeleines d’Arlette n’ont pas fait un pli , et les confitures ont fait l’unanimitĂ© . J'avais rĂ©servĂ© ce gĂźte pour ĂȘtre avec ma famille pour mes 50 ans. L'endroit est parfait pour les rĂ©unions de famille. IL y a suffisamment d'espace pour ĂȘtre ensemble sans se marcher sur les pieds. Mention spĂ©ciale pour Christophe et sa maman qui ont Ă©tĂ© super accueillants et disponible avant et pendant le sĂ©jour. Encore merci pour tout!

TrĂšs bel emplacement. Spacieux ,la rĂ©gion est trĂšs belle. Parfait pour une rĂ©union de famille et amis, nous avions rĂ©servĂ© tous les gĂźtes pour faire l’anniversaire surprise de mon Ă©pouse et au top !!!! Bien adaptĂ© pour les bĂ©bĂ©s et enfants il y a tout ce qu’il faut (lits parapluie, chaise haute, et les jeux et surtout la piscine sĂ©curisĂ©e

Week-end de rĂȘve pour les 50 ans de ma fille

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueilli par une famille formidable et accueillante GĂ©raldine Christophe et la belle-mĂšre des gens extraordinaires, ils ont Ă©tĂ© complice pour prĂ©parer l’anniversaire de ma fille, car nous venons un peu de partout et comme c’était une surprise c’était trĂšs compliquĂ©, les gĂźtes sont trĂšs prop rien Ă  dire, nous avions la piscine Ă  disposition mais hĂ©lasse un peu froide pour le 1er mai. Des trĂšs belles balades autour et j’ai eu la surprise le 1er mai d’avoir un trĂšs beau bouquet de muguet qui m’a Ă©normĂ©ment touchĂ©, je recommande ce gĂźte Ă  100 % pour des anniversaires, des grandes occasions. Et merci encore Ă  l’accueil de ses propriĂ©taires. Christine.

Un endroit idéal pour une cousina le temps d'un week-end

Nous étions 19, venus ici pour une cousinade, le temps d'un week-end. Le lieu est parfait : au calme, une belle piscine, un jeu de boule, de grandes tables pour les repas, plusieurs barbecues, plein de chambres pour que chacun puisse y dormir. Des cuisines bien équipées en plats, couverts, ustensiles, accessoires, machines à café, grilles pain, Laves vaisselle, etc

Wonderful venue for families

This is a wonderful property for large extended families. Lovely pool and close to river bathing. The host, Christof was extremely friendly and very helpful when making reservations for local activities.

Very nice large accommodation

Lots of space, very nice pool, very nice owner (who live on the plot) and very nice old buildings. It is 4 kilometres away from the village, so car is needed. There is only one room with air conditioning. The owner supplied fans for the bedrooms. The wifi is not very good, and the phone network was not good either. It is a good place to leave the rest of the world on its own.

Week-end exceptionnel en famille

Nous avons passé un week-end vraiment exceptionnel en famille dans ce gßte! Nous étions 27 de 20mois à 71ans et tout le monde c'est senti chez soi! Les espaces extérieurs sont vraiment bien aménagés, on n'a manqué de rien! Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse incroyable, ils vivent sur place mais savent rester discrets et nous avons partagé quelques verres avec Christophe, le propriétaire qui a un trÚs bon relationnel et de belles anecdotes! Nous avons eu droit en plus à de belles attentions à notre arrivée! Un GRAND MERCI à toute leur petite famille. Les gßtes sont vraiment bien aménagés également, on ne manque de rien et on a trouvé chaque gßte trÚs propre. L'emplacement un peu reculé du village, juste ce qu'il faut, permet un séjour paisible! Seul bémol, la piÚce de vie du gßte principal qui aurait était trop juste pour notre groupe si nous avions eu des températures beaucoup plus fraiches mais des aménagements sont prévus pour protéger la terrasse voûtée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter l'année prochaine! Clémence, Mehdi et toute la famille
