About the host

We are a family of 4 that bought this home in 2019 for the purpose of using it as a vacation rental. Our full time residence is about 45 minutes away and we use the property occasionally when it is not being rented. We come with experience with vacation rentals as we also have a home in La Quinta, CA in the Palm Springs area. We have always lived in Southern California and couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
Why they chose this property
There are so many things that attracted us to this house when we decided to purchase it. We love the proximity to the beach and that it is walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The home itself is in pristine condition and the stackable doors make the downstairs so much larger than it actually is.
What makes this property unique
The stackable doors truly makes indoor/outdoor living a reality. The TV in the family room pulls out and swings towards the patio. We have outdoor heaters and a firepit if it gets a little chilly. We have outdoor speakers to set the mood. The street is one way and cars cannot park on our side of the street, which is amazing. Our street has a crosswalk to the beach. And everything you could want is walking distance to the house.
