Family home on the Rhuys peninsula with outdoor spa

Beautiful longère located near the coastal paths. (300m)

It faces due South at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with its enclosed garden and its terrace on a 750 m2 plot. It will be ideal for holidaymakers with children.

It can accommodate between 6 and 8 people.

On the ground floor you will find a large living room, very pleasant dining room and a spacious bedroom (160 cm bed) with bathroom and dressing room.

Upstairs you will have 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The first has a 140 bed and the second has a 140 bed and 2 90 beds that can be bonded if necessary.
In this one a baby bed is also available as well as a changing table.

Ideally located, it will allow you to enjoy the whole of the Rhuys peninsula, the Gulf of Morbihan and the beach, valves, the Branfèré zoo and Bernard rock ... And so many other things to do and see ...

Spacious, secure, good facilities, hot tub was a pleasant addition. very good WiFi.Lacking upstairs bedside cabinets and lights on both sides. No surface area to place clothing/toiletries in upper bathroom. Chairs too low for outdoor table. Overall would recommend this property as a holiday rental home.

Comme à la maison

Solène et Maxime sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Leur maison est très agréable, spacieuse, lumineuse et fonctionnelle. La situation dans le golfe est idéale, pas trop enclavée dans la presqu'île pour ne pas subir les bouchons et se rendre au nord du golfe facilement mais très proche du golfe puisque le sentier côtier est à 5min à pied derrière la maison. Les plus : les jeux de société et les livres laissés à disposition ainsi que des vélos adultes. L'épicerie des Vénètes à 5min à pied est également appréciable (avec une brûlerie et une cave). Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Très bon séjour dans une belle maison rénovée

La maison de Solène et Maxime est vraiment très agréable et on sent leur sens de l'accueil. C'est chaleureux, à leur image. La grande salle de vie est très confortable et la cuisine idéale pour savourer les bons plats cuisinés avec les bons produits locaux. La terrasse externe est très agréable pour déjeuner ou dîner au doux éclairage installé par Maxime. Les chambres sont grandes et on sent qu'ils pensent aux détails pour bien accueillir leurs hôtes. La localisation est idéale pour rayonner : 10mn de Sarzeau avec plein de commerces locaux sympas, 20mn de Port Crouesty pour manger des glaces,20mn de Vannes et ses marchés, 12mn des belles plages de sable fin face à l'océan. Point plus : juste derrière la maison, à 2 pas à pied commence un chemin côtier qui permet de belles balades vers le golfe. Quartier vraiment très calme, idéal pour bien se reposer. Bref, une belle maison pour un très bon séjour breton.

Très belle maison, au calme, au cœur du golfe

La maison de Solène et Maxime est très lumineuse, spacieuse et moderne. La pièce à vivre est superbe, très agréable pour des soirées en famille. Nos trois enfants (2 ados et un plus jeune) avaient chacun leur espace, et nous, parents, une vraie suite parentale, avec salle de bains et de nombreux rangements. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous ! L’emplacement au cœur du golfe, à mi-chemin entre Vannes et Arzon, était parfait pour circuler. Un endroit idéal pour découvrir le golfe sans faire des heures de voiture. Bonus : les petites attentions (cidre, biscuits, plans...) sont autant d’atouts à ajouter au calme du lieu.

Des vacances réussies !

Ce fut un véritable plaisir que de séjourner dans cette maison typique, superbement restaurée. Maison très fonctionnelle, avec de grands espaces. Un grand confort avec la présence d'une salle de bains par chambre. Equipement électroménager de haut de gamme avec frigo américain. Décoration intérieure et du jardin particulièrement soignée et plaisante. Le beau temps nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la belle terrasse. Parking privé spacieux pour plusieurs voitures. Quartier très calme. Un grand merci à Guy pour son accueil fort sympathique. Les propriétaires Solène et Maxime ont été très attentifs à la qualité de notre séjour: un grand merci !
