Large property. Lots if owners personal possessions remained. It looked like they mived out temporarily for our stay. The photos looked better than the standard. Cleanliness not great even though they said they have a cleaner. 3 hours cleaning the kitchen to get to a standard comfortable with. Pool not heated. Pool furniture was old and tired. Peeling paint in the walls. No gardener to attend to grass. Rotting fruit on the ground from trees and but a main road. Noisy with lota of trucks.

Hi Rachael, You left a negative review in January, even though your stay was in September 2025. We are in dispute regarding several instances of damage caused by you. You claim it took you three hours to clean the kitchen. If that were the case, you would have complained upon arrival, and we would have seen it together, as I was there to welcome you. I never mentioned in my description that the pool was heated. Rachael, you are acting in bad faith. I have been renting this property for several years, and I know perfectly well that it is very pleasant, comfortable, and well-equipped. Sincerely, Marlene

Maison. Fonctionnelle et cadre sympathique

Rien ne manque dans la maison, celle-ci est très agréable à vivre. Pour le bruit de la route, on entend un peu, mais la circulation n'est pas énorme et des chambres nous n'avons rien entendu. La literie est de qualité. Un jardin bien entretenu et une piscine très agréable pour se rafraîchir, l'eau est entre 26 et 28 degrés. Les échanges avec Marlène sont précis. Très belle semaine de vacances avec le soleil.

Séjour très agréable à tous points de vue

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison : l'intérieur est dans l'ensemble moderne et tout le nécessaire est présent. Notre adolescent a apprécié avoir une grande chambre à l'étage. Le côté jardin avec piscine est au calme dans un beau jardin arboré, la piscine est grande, et a été plutôt chaude pendant notre séjour. Nous avons pu aussi faire plusieurs barbecues près de la piscine. Le salon exposé côté rue subi le bruit des passages de la circulation ce qui est un peu désagréable au début mais on s'y fait et nous avons surtout passé du temps à l'arrière du jardin. Les enfants ont aussi beaucoup profité du trampoline ;) Les propriétaires ont été très accessibles. La maison est bien située, le centre du village est à 5 minutes à pied avec de nombreux commerces et animations : marchés du dimanche, marché nocturne du jeudi. A noter de très beaux cafés/resto très sympathiques où l'on mange et boit très bien. Il y a aussi de nombreux beaux villages aux alentours. Bref, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette maison en pierre au confort agréable. La piscine et le terrain arboré sont l'atout charme : l'endroit est magnifique. A deux pas du centre de Éauze, proche de toutes les commodités, nous avons apprécié visiter et nous promener au fil de nos envies. Seul bémol, la maison donne sur une route passagère : le bruit nous a gêné au début.
