About this property

This Provencal farmhouse is located in a 40 hectare country estate, in the Luberon Regional Park in the heart of Provence, it has 6 bedrooms to accommodate families or groups of friends, sportsmen or others.
Live your holidays in the joy of living, in the middle of old walls, where romance and tranquility emanate, surrounded by a forest of pines and oaks, vineyards, all bathed in the smell of herbs from Provence. The estate is located on the heights of the hill of wells opposite the Luberon. We find its trace on the Napoleonic cadastral map in the year 1812. It has been in the possession of our family for 54 years. The 380 m² farmhouse puts at your disposal. 6 bedrooms with an area between 20 and 30 m² with sinks, 2 new renovated bathrooms at the start of 2019, 4 WCs, one of which is on each floor

2 large living rooms, 1 TV room, 1 large living room, 1 fitted kitchen, 1 pantry, 1 utility room, 1 cellar. Outside, two terraces await you. The first, where you can eat in the shade of the arbor. The second, near the 21m swimming pool where you can relax in the shade of a large mulberry tree.
A DEPOSIT OF 1000 EUROS WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE ENTRY OF THE PREMISES
IT WILL NOT BE CASHED BUT RETURNED ON EXIT IN CASE OF NON-DAMAGE.

Superbe we familial demeure splendide, fonctionnelle dans une propriété au calme très bien entretenue: rosiers magnifiques ,vue sur les vignes …piscine avec pool house bien pensé !! Demeure chargée d’histoire avec confort moderne . Rien à redire je recommande !!!

A real gem

Wow, what a domaine! An honor to stay in this fabulous property. The walls and decorations drip with history, though the bathrooms and kitchen are updated and utilitarian. Plenty of room for 9 adults and three kids, even enough to get the infants away from the group for the inevitable midnight cry-session. Owners were in plenty of contact before our stay (French-speaking). Note about not using google maps is key for finding the property. Apple maps and waze were correct. The groundskeeper lives in the back of the main house, though you would never know it. He and wife were very polite, inviting and helpful. The outdoor patio area and pool are where we spent the bulk of our time. Absolutely gorgeous. Thanks so much to the family for renting out this space, we look forward to a return.
