Charming Pavilion in peace set back from the city center but less than 500 meters from it opposite and with breathtaking views of the Etang de Berre less than twenty meters, composed of two bedrooms, a dining room, living room, kitchen, a bathroom, a wc, a large sunny terrace of sixteen m2 and with a private parking space accommodates four people.
Less than 10 meters from the Martigues rowing club, less than 100 meters from the Martigues Jonquière marina, and the nautical club restaurant.
