This waterfront home is a true stunner ready to help you and your family relax and make memories while you're at it! A complete renovation in late 2019 transformed this home into a gorgeous retreat ready for families, hunters, anglers, and anyone else looking for a great little getaway on the water.

The home features gorgeous views and modern furnishings. It has three (3) bedrooms and three (3) full bathrooms. The 2019 renovation included adding two new bathrooms and updates throughout the home. This layout features large bedrooms, each with a nearby bathroom. The kitchen features a convenient serving island with seating for four (4). The dining table comfortably seats 8-10 adults.

Bedroom 1: King Bed (or Two Twin XL beds) and ensuite full bathroom. New Restonic Hybrid Mattress.
Bedroom 2: Two (2) Queen Beds. New TempurPedic Mattresses, Firm and Soft
Bedroom 3: One (1) Queen Bed. Hybrid Mattress

A heated garage features three (3) kennel spaces for dogs. Full laundry onsite. A Weber gas grill and a Traeger pellet smoker are both available onsite. Gas is provided for the grill. Wood pellets for the smoker are the responsibility of the tenant.

Guided hunting and fishing is also available. Fishing available on all local lakes. Hunting available for pheasants, deer, turkey, geese, and ducks on both private and public ground. Please contact the homeowner for rates or more information.

Check in is any time after 4 PM. Check out is no later than 11 AM.

Our family grew up on this lake. Altogether the family owns four homes, including this cabin, all next door to one another. Most weekends in the summer we'll be enjoying the lake ourselves a few doors down from this cabin. We're often nearby and can help with any questions or issues. We'll typically try to stop by and introduce ourselves to tenants when we're at the lake.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because it is directly next door to a few other homes in our family. It was completely renovated in early 2020. At that time we also added two full bathrooms to make the home much more functional. There are four beds in the home between three bedrooms, all of which are either Queen or King mattresses. Each bedroom has a full bathroom in close proximity.
The garage is heated and there are great indoor/outdoor kennels for dogs. We are pet friendly but ask that pets be kept off the furniture and any pet that has been in the lake, is wet or dirty, be kept in the kennels until cleaned.
There is a Weber gas grill and a small Traeger wood pellet smoker onsite. We do take care of providing gas for the grill, but ask that tenants provide their own pellets for the smoker as tastes and preferences vary.
There is great water access and an incredible view from the living area. Plenty of dining space exists for all of your guests. Onsite laundry is also provided free of charge.
