New, contemporary, comfortable house with sea view, enclosed and secure land. Ideal up to 9 people (7 adults maximum). Located on the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan (50m from the beach) - Pays de Vannes.

Un accueil chaleureux et précis de David, le propriétaire, disponible et discret. Le logement est parfaitement situé, entièrement équipé et agréable à vivre (nous étions 6 adultes). le tout dans un environnement encore préservé. Un très agréable séjour donc !

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé deux bonnes semaines. La maison est très confortable, les propriétaires très accueillants avec un petit présent à notre arrivée et un excellent far breton préparé par Adèle que nous remercions encore. Le temps était capricieux (vent et pluie mais un peu normal à cette époque de l'année) ; cela ne nous a toutefois pas empêché de découvrir toute la beauté des paysages du Golfe. Pour le côté "pratique", un fer à repasser et une table peuvent être utiles ainsi que quelques livres, dvd et jeux de société pour les jours pluvieux (ce n'est qu'une suggestion). Encore merci à David et Adèle, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Cordialement, Marie et Alain Théry

Super Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit der Familie (8 Personen) in dem Haus von David. Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter wohnt auf dem gleichen Grundstück, was überhaupt kein Problem ist, und war für Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Meer ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und war dadurch mit Kindern sehr gut erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir hierhin zurück.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Die Lage, das Haus und selbst das Wetter waren perfekt. Letzteres lässt sich nicht beeinflussen, daher ist unsere Wahl auf dieses Haus gefallen, da uns bereits auf den Fotos das gesamte Objekt sehr zusagte (Falls man wetterbedingt mal einen Tag auf der Couch verbringen möchte/muss). Alles ist neu, modern und umfangreich ausgestattet. Der Strand, ein wunderschöner Wanderweg und eine traumhafte Umgebung liegen tatsächlich direkt vor der Haustür. Als der WLAN-Zugang nicht mehr funktionierte, kümmerte sich der Vermieter (dieser und seine Familie sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit) augenblicklich um das Problem. Praktisch war in diesem Fall auch, dass er auch auf dem Grundstück wohnt. Besser geht es nicht.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. La maison est grande, lumineuse et très bien entretenue. La localisation est extra : à quelques pas de la mer, de la plage et du sentier côtier. Le quartier est calme. Séné permet d'accéder au port de Vannes très rapidement (et sans bouchons de ce côté là!). Et pour finir David et Adèle nous ont réservé un accueil très sympathique. Bref, nous recommandons !

Maison neuve très propre, fonctionnelle et très bien située

La location est nickelle. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et sympathiques . L emplacement de la location est très bien . La rue qui passe devant est très peu circulante ( cul de sac a la pointe du bill ) . La vieille ville de Vannes est à moins de 15 minutes. A recommander sans hésitation.

Très belle maison neuve en bord de mer avec en excellent rapport qualité/prix

Accueil chaleureux, très gentil propriétaire habitant juste à côté et donc étant très disponible pour tout conseil, maison tout à fait neuve et destinée seulement au touristes, dotée de absolument tout ce qu’il faut, 2 salles de bain, cuisine complète, grand salon pour les familles, meubles neufs, machine à laver, plusieurs places de parking dans la cour, petite terrasse avec une grande table et parasol. Et peut être le plus important on est à 50 de la plage, difficile d’avoir mieux… Pour les courses on est à 10 minutes d’une grande surface a Séné et à 15 minutes de Vannes avec un très beau centre ville, des restos etc (raison pour laquelle on a choisi aussi la maison, pour avoir la mer et la ville à côté). On y reviendra certainement!
