Very spacious, very comfortable 160 sqm recent contemporary villa with private pool, heated, secure 11 x 5 m overlooking the village. It has a 4m² paddling pool for children.

Level 0: 2 bedrooms with double beds of 160 cm - ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and bath 180 cm - fully equipped for baby - separate toilet - Jacuzzi 4 people and sauna 4 people available optional off season and only for 8 adults maximum - access to the car park

Level 1: A living room of 60 m² (living room with fully equipped kitchen for 12 pers.) - winter garden - 2 bedrooms with double bed of 180 and 160 cm - ensuite bathroom with shower Italian and separate toilet - access to the terrace and pool and garden.

Level 3: available on request - 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds of 90 cm - ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet - access to the terrace.

With a provision on the 3 levels, it will allow everyone to find all his relaxing space necessary for quietude and privacy.
The rate can be adjusted according to the particular needs of the tenants, their number and the options chosen (pool heating, cleaning, etc ...)

Great house in a beautiful location

We rented this house with 9 people including kids for my mother’s 80th birthday. We loved the place! The view from the pool and deck is spectacular and we took day trips in the surrounding area. The house was clean and had ample space for all of us. We’re thinking about renting it again for next summer.

Pour passer une semaine sympathique au calme

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine de vacances. Le cadre est joli, la piscine à débordement offre une vue magnifique sur le mont Ventoux. La maison est agréable à vivre pour l’ensemble des locataires et bien agencée. Deux points négatifs qu’il faudrait améliorer : - une remontée d’odeurs de canalisation au rez-de-chaussée de la maison (comprenant 1 sdb et 2 chambres) - un lave vaisselle qui nettoyait pas la vaisselle que nous avons dû faire à la main.

Une villa à recommander sans hésiter!!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La maison est bien équipée, lumineuse et tout à fait adaptée à une grande famille. Elle est conçue de façon à ce que chacun ait son espace. On y était très bien!! Merci pour ce beau séjour!

Tolles Haus und ein toller Vermieter

Eine Woche waren wir mit 6 Erwachsenen in diesem Haus. Und wir sind ziemlich sicher, dass wir wieder herkommen. Wenn man den Weg erst mal gefunden hat (der sehr gut beschrieben ist), dann steht man vor diesem wunderbaren Objekt. 3 Etagen, schöne Zimmer, tolle Bäder, 3 Balkone/Terrassen und einen blitzsauberen Pool. Was will man mehr. Und der Blick aus dem Pool geht über das Rhonetal zum Mont Ventoux, begleitet vom Zirpen der Grillen. Da kommt Urlaubsstimmung auf. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen sauber, gut aufgeteilt und tagsüber nicht zu warm. Man muss aufpassen, dass man die Mietbedingungen genau liest. Es sind keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher dabei. Wir hatten das überlesen, aber der Vermieter José und die Hausdame Nadja haben schnell und freundlich reagiert und wir hatten dann die entsprechende Wäsche. Überhaupt ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ausgesprochen positiv. Eine Nachricht genügt und man bekommt innerhalb einer Stunde die Antwort. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zur Ardèche, nach Avignon, zur Pont du Gard oder nach Nîmes ist das Haus ideal.

Excellent séjour - propriété propre, spacieuse et avec une vue imprenable

Nous avons pu profiter de cette propriété pour 2 nuits avec un groupe d'amis dans le cadre d'un weekend sportif (canyoning et kayak). Résidence propre et tout confort, avec terrain de pétanque, piscine et vue sur le mont Ventoux. Seul point négatif concernant la voisine qui ne supporte aucun bruit après 22h, malgré le fait que nous étions tous a l'intérieur dès 22h pour ne pas déranger le voisinage. Pour le reste, tout était vraiment au-delà de nos espérances.

Sejour entre amis pour mariage au alentour

Superbe maison bien equipe dans un tres beau cadre avec une superbe vue. Parfait entre amis ou pour un grande famille. Cependant la maison n'est pas tout cle en main et il faut prevoir quelques options payantes pour plus de confort. Du coup parfait pour un sejour long mais plus contraignant pour un week end.

Lieu calme et agréable

Très bonne expérience dans cette grande maison sur 3 niveaux dotée de beaucoup d’équipements (belle piscine à débordement, sauna, et ) et avec une vue magnifique sur le Ventoux depuis les deux terrasses. Les propriétaires est très disponible et répond rapidement aux moindres questions. En revanche je note forte une déception sur l’intitulé de « piscine chauffée » car à cette période de l’année c’est en grande partie grâce à cela que j’ai choisi cette maison, et que par ailleurs c’était une option payante. En effet, malgré ma remarque fait au propriétaire, il était en incapacité de la faire monter la température au dessus de 22,5 degré malgré un temps certes mitigé mais pas non plus mauvais. Conseil donc à José ou aux futurs locataires de vous mettre d’accord sur la température AVANT de payer ;-) Alors, si vous ne comptez pas sur le chauffage de la piscine n’hésitez pas foncez, tout le reste suffira largement à votre bonheur !

Belle maison avec des MAIS...

Nous avons séjourné entre adultes et un bébé de 18 mois. Cette maison à des atouts que nous avons apprécié : piscine chauffée, vue imprenable, maison spacieuse, un propriétaire joignable par e-mail. Mais à l'unanimité nous avons trouvé des choses gênantes à redire. Peut être aussi avec une arrivée en septembre fin de saison àla location. - un accueil non chaleureux à notre arrivée, il y a eu des grosses erreurs de draps (draps 1 place au lieu d'un lit 2 places). Nous n'avions pas eu le choix que d'aller les acheter nous-même, perdre 2h aller-retour et d'en ramener une autre paire alors que nous avions payé 160€ à l'avance pour la location des draps. Très déçus de la prestations avec des draps depareillés et d'un autre âge, nous ne les aurions pas loué si nous avions su la qualité de la prestation. - une piscine sale à notre arrivée, une eau troublé et qui se dégradait au fur et à mesure. Sachez que dans cette location, c'est vous qui faites le nettoyage de la piscine (première fois que cela nous arrive). Les produits clarifiant finalement ont été administrés mais sans vérification après l'entretien cela est complètement contradictoire avec les règles de contrôles de l'eau d'une piscine.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end! José est un correspond très disponible et qui s'adapte. La maison est grande et spacieuse et dispose de divers espaces parfait pour un grand groupe. Petit bémol sur la propreté des tiroirs de la cuisine... L'extérieur est magnifique , dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu en profiter à cause de la météo!

Ontspannen met zicht op de Mt Ventoux

Proper huis. Zwembad met infinity rand, uitkijkend op de Mt Ventoux. Het huis ligt bovenop een heuvel, dus geen inkijk van buren hogerop in het zwembad. houtskool BBQ en tuinhuis waar je alle buitenmateriaal netjes in kan stockeren. Goed gestockeerde keuken en bijkeuken, met nog een apart terras aan met zonnewering. Aanrader!

Excellentes prestations et vue magnifique. Endroit calme et pratique pour toutes les visites des différents départements (Gard, Ardèche,..) et pour les randonnées. Merci à Mme Bolote qui a été très disponible. Nous conseillerons vivement cette très belle maison et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir au cas où. Enfin un grand merci à José qui a su prendre en compte tous nos besoins avec une grande gentillesse.

Schöner Aufenthalt, jedoch Abweichungen zum Inserat

Grundsätzlich sehr schönes Mietobjekt mit guter Ausstattung. Schöne Lage. Jedoch beschriebener Whirlpool defekt. Klimaanlage, welche zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung noch im Inserat aufgeführt war, ist nicht vorhanden. Haare (dunkel) bei Einzugin Haus in Badezimmer 2. stock und Schlafzimmer EG zu finden. Kommunikation mit Agentur fewo grundsätzlich schwierig. Mehrere Telefonate mit Versprechen eines Rückrufs, welcher nie stattgefunden hat.

Tout est parfait sauf la climatisation

Magnifique villa, une vue à couper le souffle, très propre, bien équipée, propriétaire à l'écoute tout est parfait sauf l'absence de climatisation pourtant renseignée dans l'annonce. C'est de ma faute l'énoncé était vague, j'aurais du téléphoner et demander des précisions. Avec les températures enregistrées entre 37 et 45 degrés c’était la limite du supportable la journée et personne n'a bien dormi. Nous avons du acheter 5 ventilateurs le premier jour! La maison n'en possédait aucun. A recommander vivement donc sauf en période de grosses chaleurs en attendant la pause d'une vraie climatisation.

Propriété super équipée dans un environnement paisible au milieu des vignes. Vue superbe sur le village et sur le Ventoux. Nous avions nos petits enfants : équipement adéquat pour eux. Piscine propre et nbien sécurisée A refaire.....
