Large swimming pool (paddling pool and large pool as well as numerous sun loungers with parasols) / Playgrounds / Green spaces / Snack / Bakery
Security: Code gate and possibility of parking within the residence

- Port-Grimaud beach 10 minutes walk
- Bike path and bus stop 5 minutes walk (at the exit of the residence)
- Harbor master's office with regular boat departures to Saint Tropez and Sainte Maxime, 15 minutes on foot.
