DESCRIPTION TI-BIHAN.

GROUND FLOOR:
 A 35m² living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, TV lounge area, radio.
Nearby, a bathroom with shower 80, WC and a space for washing machine and various storage. Electric shutters on the bays. Very comfortable leather sofa.

FLOOR:
One bedroom (King size bed 180x200) equipped with a private WC, small dressing room.
Sheets provided and bed made on arrival.
Electric shutter in the bedroom.
Cabin bed 90 under Velux provided for 1 child, sheets provided.
Cot available in master bedroom on request.

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT:
Fitted fitted kitchen.
Refrigerator, gas hob, oven, microwave, blender, waffle iron, vacuum cleaner, iron, toaster, washing machine, raclette machine, pressure cooker, coffee maker, kettle.

The location is 15 km from Quimper and 15 km from Concarneau
Quimper 10 minutes from the house by car: swimming pool with a wave pool also offers, solarium, saunas and whirlpool baths.

Bénodet is one of the most prominent seaside resorts in Brittany.
There is a casino, a thalassotherapy center, a cinema, a marina, a company of tourist stars, beaches where multiple activities are available.

Sea fishing, sailing, windsurfing, swimming, children's club, supervised beach in high season, relaxation on the beaches, the many hiking trails are very popular.

Super!

Alles hat uns gefallen, eine wirklich schöne Woche. Stéphanie hat uns herzlich empfangen mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und Cidre. Das hübsche gepflegte Haus, inklusive einer sonnigen Terrasse, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass uns nichts gefehlt hat. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig, ein Parkplatz gleich am Haus. Wir sind mit unseren Fahrrädern bequem und schnell am Strand gewesen, wäre aber auch zu Fuß nicht weit gewesen. Fazit: empfehlenswert!

Eine gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und wurden gleich zu Beginn von Stéphanie mit Kuchen und netten Tipps zu Bénodet begrüßt. Das Haus ist für 3 Personen ausreichend groß und das “ Kinderzimmer“ ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort für unsere Teenie-Tochter. Wir haben uns in unserem Urlaub im Ti Bihan sehr wohl gefühlt!

Une mocation de très grande qualité avec une hôte qui vous accueille de façon remarquable.

Nous avons séjourné dans le gîte de Stephanie qui nous a comblé. L accueil est des plus chaleureux, une hôte qui nous conseille sur les visites à faire dans la région et qui est très disponible. La maison est très bien équipée d une très grande propreté. Le jardin clos avec une terrasse est très apprécié ainsi que la mise à disposition de 2 velos. Cela fait plusieurs années que je voyage et loue des gites, une telle qualité est exceptionnelle. Bravo Stéphanie ! Ne changez rien, je reviendrais dans votre jolie maison et magnifique region ! Wunderschön und erholsam

Alles war tipp topp und so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der herzliche Empfang von Stephanie machte schon den ersten Eindruck positiv und das setzte sich im Haus fort. Sauberkeit sehr hoch, alles gemütlich und liebevoll hergerichtet. Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut für den Aufenthalt mit einem Hund, da es komplett eingezäunt ist. Sehr ruhig und fast uneinsichtbar. Schöne Spaziergänge sind möglich, man ist gleich am Stadtstrand und im Ortszentrum. Von hier aus kann man auch mit dem Auto viel unternehmen. Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Vacances réussies

La Description de la maison est tout à fait exacte. Maison accueillante, hyper pratique et confortable. Petit jardin très agréable et la mise à disposition des 2 vélos est un vrai plus. La maison est à peine à 15 mn à pied de la plage et du village. Stéphanie est charmante et très réactive. Nous avons passé 3 semaines des plus agréables. A refaire !

Klein aber fein

Ti bihan = kleines Haus. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in benodet verbracht. Die Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich. Der Garten gepflegt und für unseren Vierbeiner sehr schön abgeschlossen. Das Haus haben wir als zentralen Punkt für Unternehmungen schätzen gelernt.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Bénodet. La location est au calme et proche du centre ville. Le logement est très bien équipé, confortable et conforme à l’annonce. Et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’extrême gentillesse de notre hôte Stéphanie ! Idéalement situé pour profiter de Bénodet et visiter la région. Nous recommandons cette location.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung

Rundum eine tolle Woche. Das Ferienhaus ist für zwei Personen wie geschaffen. Alles, was für den täglichen Bedarf notwendig ist, ist auch vorhanden. Besser hätte es nicht sein können. Total freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber (Empfang mit Kaffee und Kuchen)! Wir waren das erste mal in Benodet, aber kommen sicher gerne wieder. Und dann auch wieder in Ti Bihan.

Maison moderne à Benodet

Nous avons séjourné en mai 2022 dans cette charmante maison de Bénodet à 15 minutes à pied de la grande plage. Nous avons apprécié sa propreté, son jardin clôturé pour notre chien, son confort et la mise à disposition de vélos. Aux alentours, nous avons passé une 1/2 journée "bulle" au relais Thalasso de Bénodet, visité Quimper à 20 minutes en voiture ainsi que profité de la plage sauvage de la Torche à Plomeur, lieu de surf protégé, à 30 minutes en voiture. Merci à notre hôte qui nous a gâté de douces attentions à notre arrivée et notre départ! Je recommande vivement cette hôte et sa maison!

Wir verbrachten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus Ti Bihan...

Alles war rundherum toll. Die Lage des Hauses war durchaus zentral, aber es war aufgrund der zurückgezogenen Lage der Einfahrt / private Straße sehr ruhig und durch die anliegenden Häuser und Gärten sehr grün. Das Haus war modern eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Von der Größe her mit den beiden Schlafzimmern für 3 Personen groß genug und komfortabel. Die Beschreibung entspricht voll und ganz den realen Gegebenheiten. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin Stephanie war sehr herzlich. Wir verbrachten somit eine schöne Woche in Benodet kurz vor Ostern und haben uns im Haus und der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons séjourné chez Stéphanie une hôtesse adorable souriante de bons conseils sa maison est juste parfaite décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnel nous avons passé une semaine agréable et merveilleuse en prime pour notre départ Stéphanie nous a offert les petits cadeaux et ça ça nous a vraiment touché c'est sûr nous reviendrons !!!!

Herbsturlaub in der Bretagne

Wir hatten das in einer kleinen Privatstrasse sehr ruhig gelegene Haus "Ti-Bihan" in Bénodet für einen zweiwöchigen Herbsturlaub gebucht. Es ist in einem baulich modernen Zustand sowie aussergewöhnlich hochwertig und vollständig eingerichtet. Man sieht an vielen Kleinigkeiten (Küche, Badezimmer, TV, WiFi/WLAN, elektrische Rolläden, Mountainbikes, Gartenliegen etc.) dass sich die Eigentümerin Stéphanie Rivoal mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft der Pflege und dem Erhalt des Hauses und des kleinen Gartens mit Terrasse widmet. Stéphanie Rivoal selbst ist eine äusserst nette und überaus sympathische Gastgeberin, die uns mit einem selbst gemachten Far de Pruneaux und einem Cidre willkommen hieß. Von ihr erhielten wir auch Tipps und Broschüren über Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region. Zusammenfassend war es für uns das schönste Ferienhaus, das wir während unserer langjährigen Frankreichaufenthalten gemietet hatten.

Très belle location avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour

Appartement avec petit jardinet que notre petit Jocker a adoré. Il est très propre et bien située pour profitez pleinement des sites et des commerces a proximité .La propriétaire est à notre écoute et d'une gentillesse un petit cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait. N'hésitez pas à venir vous ne serez pas déçu.

Wunderschön!

Das kleine Häuschen entspricht in jeder Beziehung dem Inserat… da gab es keinerlei unangenehme Überraschungen - im Gegenteil: alles sauber, komplett. Da fühlt man sich wirklich zuhause! Der abgeschlossene Garten ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund! Zur Bretagne, zur Küste, zum Städtchen Benodét muss man nichts sagen: wer einmal da war, kommt immer wieder! An die supernette Vermieterin ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön für diesen total unkomplizierten Aufenthalt!!!

Superbe Duplex, accueil chaleureux

Le duplex moderne, bien équipé et parfaitement propre est très bien situé, calme, et possède un beau jardin et terrasse. Nous avons passé un parfait, confortable séjour et nous remercions Stéphanie Rivoal pour l´accueil chaleureux et sa grande gentillesse envers nous et notre fils !

Superbe appartement, très calme, avec jardin privatif

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement parfaitement tenu. Seul l'éloignement relatif du centre-ville, du port et des plages, ne nous a pas permis d'attribuer une 5e étoile. A noter l'accueil sympathique et amical des propriétaires.
