Do you want to escape, sun and rest?
Come stay in our luxury apartment of 100 m2 located in the heart of the seaside resort of Port-Leucate between the beach (150 m) and the marina (200 m).
The city center with all its shops is just 150 meters away. You can shop there twice a week and find a large selection of local and regional products.
The apartment is on the ground floor and on the ground floor. It includes 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 wc, a large 40 m2 living room, a fully equipped kitchen of 20 m2 and a large 30 m2 terrace for your moments of relaxation, aperitifs, grills and meals.
A private parking space is also available.

The apartment will delight you with its charm and modern decoration.

It is designed for 4 people and is fully air conditioned.
You will find all the necessary equipment for a good stay.

Sheets and towels are not provided, however it is possible to reserve them as an option.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.

Appartement très agréable

Très bon séjour en famille (enfants en bas âge) dans ce spacieux appartement climatisé et bien équipé. Il est bien situé (150 m des plages, à peu près la même distance du port). Tout se fait à pied. L'hote a eu une petite attention pour nous à notre arrivée, elle est prévenante et disponible en cas de besoin. Si nous revenons sur Port Leucate, nous relogerons au même endroit!

Super séjour à port Leucate

Nous avons été très content de notre séjour à port Leucate. L'endroit est magnifique, tout sur place, pas besoin de voiture. Merci du super accueil de notre hôte , de sa gentillesse et de ses conseils, appartement au top, très bien situé, à proximité pizza au feu de bois et super personnel. Bref, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. À refaire

Parfait !

Les propriétaires, Nouzha et Patrick ont été adorables et serviables. Ils ont su nous mettre à l'aise immédiatement. L'annonce est fidèle à la virgule prés. Confort, équipement ménager, emplacement de l'appartement, place de parking réservée, climatisation, font de cette location la meilleure que nous ayons eu dans cette région (et nous en avons eues ! et des très bien !). Nous gardons de ces deux semaines un très, très bon souvenir. (on a même eu du soleil !)

Excellent stay overall

Great location and friendly hosts (only french-speaking but we got by with google translate and a native-speaking relative). Lovely quaint apartment, fully equipped (but no iron/ironing-board), with air-con!! Never had this before in Port Leucate and summer nights can be stifling. Price was at the high end but very good value. Hoping to return. Merci Nouzha et Patrick!
