Do you want to escape, sun and rest?
Come stay in our luxury apartment of 100 m2 located in the heart of the seaside resort of Port-Leucate between the beach (150 m) and the marina (200 m).
The city center with all its shops is just 150 meters away. You can shop there twice a week and find a large selection of local and regional products.
The apartment is on the ground floor and on the ground floor. It includes 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 wc, a large 40 m2 living room, a fully equipped kitchen of 20 m2 and a large 30 m2 terrace for your moments of relaxation, aperitifs, grills and meals.
A private parking space is also available.
The apartment will delight you with its charm and modern decoration.
It is designed for 4 people and is fully air conditioned.
You will find all the necessary equipment for a good stay.
Sheets and towels are not provided, however it is possible to reserve them as an option.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.

Sports course, pétanque field, cycle paths, sailing school, nautical ski lift, boat, jet ski and bicycle rental, tree climbing course, canoeing on the marine lake, oyster village with oyster tasting, beach clubs, cinema, restaurants, tasting of regional wines… etc.
