We had a lovely stay. The grounds are beautiful and serene. It's far enough from city centers and close enough to drive to many places. Marie-Claude was a very lovely and attentive host. Thank you!

Lovely gite in an extensive garden.

This was a lovely gite in an extensive garden with a pool. We were there in early May so the pool was not yet open but the poll area was lovely to sit out in. The house itself was very well laid out and had everything we needed including the ability to eat inside or outside. Marie-Claude and Patrick were very kind and helpful. The location was very good, close to Mirepoix.

Lovely well-appointed gite

This is a lovely gite with everything that you might need. It was easy to find and is well secured behind gates. The owners live on site and although their English and our French was limited, we managed to communicate well both whilst we were there and beforehand. The garden is large with plenty of seating areas in and out of the sun but the best bit is the decent sized swimming pool with the loungers and sun shades. It is within easy reach of some interesting places although a car is needed.

Fabulous property/Terrible traffic noise

All seriously lovely: people, property, garden (would be super for kids) BUT this place is bang on a really really busy A road with trucks, motorbikes etc whizzing past at all times of the day and night. Very noisy. Difficult to sleep and impossible to relax by the pool. Such a shame because it is otherwise lovely! owners are sweet but didn't get that we were pissed off the listing doesn't mention the traffic.

Merci de votre appréciation, je suis désolée de votre mauvaise expérience, pour le bruit. Tous nos vacanciers ont pu profiter, au maximum, d'un bon séjour, chez nous, jusqu'à ce jour, malgré votre expérience personnelle. Je vais prendre en compte votre expérience. Pourtant, nous sommes convaincus que la protection auditive est assurée par des fenètres double-vitrage et des volets. Aussi, le trafic est très faible de 20 heures à 6 heures du matin. Ce qui permet de passer des nuits tranquilles et des journées agréables au bord de la piscine et dans le grand parc.

Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillis par notre hôtesse malgré notre arrivée tardive. Le logement a répondu à nos attentes. Grand salon avec sa cuisine bien équipée, deux chambres à l'étage dont la parentale donne sur un vaste balcon surplombant le jardin. Le style est campagnard mais d'une propreté impecable. Les propriétaires sont sur place et sont à l'écoute de vos besoins sans être intrusifs. Nous recommandons vivement.

Vacances détente.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marie-Claude et Patrick. Ce sont des hôtes discrets mais disponibles et de bon conseil. La maison est propice au farniente au soleil (même si celui-ci n’a pas toujours été au rendez-vous). Elle est aussi très bien située pour découvrir la région : de nombreuses balades ou randonnées possibles, proche de la montagne et de sites comme Mirepoix ou Carcassonne. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Un très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour pour les fêtes de fin d’année ! Le logement est très propre, chaleureux et conforme à l’annonce. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l’écoute. Le petit plus : le gîte était décoré pour Noël et la cheminée allumée lors de notre arrivée. Rien de mieux pour passer un bon séjour en famille

Gîte très agréable avec espaces verts et extérieurs formidables

Le gîte offre un bon confort pour l'intérieur, son atout réside dans la piscine et le grand jardin, équipé d'une table de tennis de table, terrain de badminton, grand jardin, une partie ombragée, et d'un golf quatre trous. nous avons donc en août principalement profité de l'extérieur. Les hôtes sont accueillants, sollicitables et serviables, et discrets. nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans le but d'aller randonner dans la montagne à une heure environ. Mirepoix est aussi une petite ville agréable avec tous les commerces de proximité.

Schöne landestypische Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung, nur wenige Minuten von Mirepoix entfernt, befindet sich in einer weitläufigen gepflegten Außenauslage mit großem Pool und vielen Sport/ Entspannungsmöglichkeiten (Tischtennis, Badminton, Golf). Sie ist gut ausgestattet, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Wir hatten einen guten Empfang durch die herzlichen Gastgeber Marie-Claude und Patrick.

Auf den Spuren der Katharer

Sehr schöne Unterkunft auf einem großartigen Gelände mit kleinem Bachlauf. Federball, Tischtennis und Fussball mit Kindern möglich. Toller Pool, der schon nach wenigen Sonnentagen angenehme Badetemperatur hatte. Nicht mit Zaun versehen, deshalb Vorsicht mit Kindern, die noch nicht schwimmen können. Zahlreiche Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Bestens ausgestattete Küche, sehr aufmerksame aber trotzdem diskrete Gastgeber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen das Domizil gerne weiter!

très bon sejour

ce gîte est très confortable. il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut, tout est pensé dans le moindre détail pour nous simplifier la vie. le linge est fourni jusqu'aux serviettes de table, les propriétaires sont très sympas, sommes arrivés tard dans la soirée suite à 1 petit problème et avons eu la bonne surprise de trouver les lits faits, très gentille attention ! le Jardin est immense et très beau, très bien tenu. la route n'est pas 1 vrai problème, il y a 1 miroir.

One of two gites with fabulous pool.

We did not realise there were two gites attached to the owner’s property to share the pool. This did not cause us an issue as the other gite was mainly vacant during our stay. The actual gite is superb. Very spacious and wonderfully equipped with everything one could possibly need. The only thing we missed was having a fan in the bedroom as the heat on our first night made sleeping difficult. The pool is large and beautifully clean with very nice pool furniture. The grounds had suffered from this years drought but still wonderful with various games and play equipment for children. Marie Claude and Patrice were so welcoming and friendly. Discreet but on hand if needed. Mirepoix is so beautiful with lots of restaurants and only a five minute drive away. We stayed at the very end of August and noticed that places had or were beginning to shut down. I expect the area is a lot busier earlier in the season. I would highly recommend this gite for families.

un gîte très agréable

très bon accueil à l'arrivée, Marie-Claude et Patrick sont charmants. Le gîte correspond en tout points à l'annonce. Le jardin est immense, magnifique et hyper bien entretenu. La grande piscine est évidement un plus appréciable.... Tout cela à partager avec les occupants de l'autre gîte, mais vraiment impossible de se marcher dessus ....Je salue au passage nos voisins Danielle et Luc. En bref un gîte à conseiller.

Repos et calme assurés.

Je ferais cependant une remarque concernant la sortie de la propriété sur une route très passagère: malgré un miroir réflégissant, la sortie s'avère dangeureuse car il faut avoir les yeux rivés des deux côtés en même temps. A part ce problème, le séjour fut très agréable et des propriétaires soucieux du bien-être de leus hôtes.
