The entire experience was much better than I could have imagined. Tammy had new furniture in and all the necessities to make it feel like home, from Pots and Pans to Bottle openers. The View was beautiful from the balcont and it is a short walk to downtown and the bridge over to beachside. I frequentky travel for business to Melbourne and this made my experience so much nicer than a hotel. Tammy had all the cleaning supplies and vacuums and everything you would need to keep the place clean, and the onsite laundry mat on her floor was a huge plus. I over packed so the laundry made it easier for me to come home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. There was a walk in closet in the bedrooom which was a nice surpise and more closet space in the hallway by the front entrance. I would have liked a TV in the Bedroom and saw some folks carrying one into their suite but honestly that was not an inconvience for me. The full size refrigerator was nice, the bathroom was well decorated and the granit counterstops were a plus. Overall it was a great stay at a amazing price.

Tammy was an excellent host: communicative, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The condo was perfect for us and our pet, and our dog absolutely loved the park directly in front of the property. The views overlooking Melbourne Harbor were beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

Condo was a good location. Very noisy because you are close to the rail line and the causeway ( which is expected). Condo has been redone but the sofa and chair in the seating area were totally worn out and dirty. I laid clean sheets over the sofa. When sitting on it you were in a hole. I took one of the back cushions from the sofa and sat on it in the chair . There was another sofa that appeared brand new at the end of the dining table…. Maybe swap those two since most will sit in the sitting area. Mixer on sink was very loose. Probably just needed to be tightened.

Our service dog was welcomed. Our host was gracious and friendly. The condo was clean, well equipped and perfect for the two of us. The 2nd couch opened up to a bed, which we didn't need. Even though we were on the 2nd floor, we did use the elevator every day, it was so convenient. We readily used the washer and dryer in the laundry room - which was very easy, since it was on the second floor. We will definitely be back!

Nicely renovated condo with a lovely balcony to enjoy the sunrise! Fully equipped. Within easy walking distance to the harbor, promenade and historic downtown Melbourne. Easy drive to other space coast towns. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable place

My husband, small dogs and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and supplied everything we needed to feel at home. The park next door, the view of the boats on the river and the ability to walk to restaurants/shops was an additional bonus. We would DEFINITELY book a stay at this location again.

Conveniently located.

Fabulous

I can’t say enough amazing things about this perfect home away from home. Excellent location, perfect host, quiet condo on the Harbour beautiful view, beach is just over the causeway 2.3 miles. It was just what I needed to relax and enjoy my visit with my daughter in college nearby. Thank you for a fabulous stay. I will definitely be back.

Great Location

Great central location to access downtown as well as the beaches. Nice shady park behind unit and relaxing view of the harbor. Complete amenities. Owners were very accommodating. Toilet does not have a strong flush.

Florida get away.

We had a wonderful stay at the Melbourne Harbor condos. The place was neat and very clean. Newly renovated with everything we needed for our two months stay. Nice pool with new lounge chairs. Great location within walking distance of downtown Melbourne. Kayaks and pontoon boat rentals nearby. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats going in and out of the harbor was one of our favorite things to do. We enjoyed this condo so much we will be back next year! Thank you Tammy.
