This unit is conveniently located to the ocean, downtown Melbourne, Holmes Regional Hospital, and Palm Bay. You can hear when the train passes by, but it isn’t something that would deter me renting from this beautiful unit again. Well stocked with extra amenities and felt like being in a home away from home.

Close to downtown Melbourne Fla

My wife and I had a very nice stay at this Melbourne harbor condo. Very close to Downtown Melbourne so we could go out and not worry about driving. Would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t realize that the washer and dryer were of the pay variety and located on another floor until we arrived. Turned out to be ok but next time we will read the details more closely.
