A perfect one bedroom one bath condo with a balcony that overlooks Crane Creek Harbor. Our kitchen is stocked well (Keurig coffee maker, toaster, essential dish ware and other supplies). With a quick stop to grab a few groceries, you can whip up your own gourmet meal or, step out for a short jaunt to the historic Melbourne downtown area to grab a table at the local restaurant or cafes.

This condo is located in a lively historic downtown Melbourne area, with great nightlife and spectacular views of the harbor. Historic Downtown Melbourne is a vibrant shopping and entertainment destination on Florida's Space Coast. Home to unique stores like Downtown Divas, The Flop Shop, The Irish Shop, Indian River Soap, and many more, you'll be able to find one-of-a-kind items and gifts. The condos private balcony adjoins the street with spectacular sunrise/sunset views of the harbor. If you are an especially light sleeper, we do provide a white noise machine for your comfort and also provide disposable ear plugs for your convenience; if you value comfort over noise, our unit may not be suitable for you.

The hallway closet can be used to store a cooler, umbrellas or other miscellaneous beach stuff (did we mention the beach is hardly a 8 minute drive ?)
