Great cottage conveniently located

We had a wonderful relaxing week in Concarneau in this converted fisherman's cottage. It has all the facilities needed and is close to the harbour so everything is a short walk away. It is a quiet location, apart from the seagulls! Our host was charming and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the local area. We would certainly recommend it to family and friends.

Fabulous on many levels

Fabulous location, people, hosts, info, area, city. The home is just that. 2 big bedrooms with their own full bathrooms and a spare bed in each. Great kitchen and laundry with a fabulous outside space.

The property was furnished well and felt like somewhere that the owners cared about. It was really nice to have an outdoor space. The cottage really well designed. The only negatives were that the bathrooms were not well soundproofed and the street parking was limited. It was an wasy walk to the harbour and there are lots of pedestrianised pathways leading through the town.

Sehr netter Vermieter, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Das Haus war sauber, allerdings ist es schon ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben das obere Schlafzimmer genutzt in der 2. Etage, da in der ersten Etage die Toilette einen defekt hatte und es sehr stark und unangenehm roch. Alles was man brauchte war in der Küche vorhanden. Man kann in der Nähe kostenfrei parken. Die Umgebung ist okay, man ist schnell in der Stadt.

Die Gastfreundschaft war grandios! Das Haus ist super sauber, bestens ausgestattet und zentral gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten unbedingt wiederkommen. Wir haben bereits Seit zwanzig Jahren viele Ferienhäuser kennengelernt - aber dieses war das beste! Danke für einen Traumurlaub, für netten Austausch und beste Gastfreundschaft! Bis bald!L'hospitalité était grandiose ! La maison est super propre, très bien équipée et située au centre. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et nous voulons absolument revenir. Nous avons connu beaucoup de maisons de vacances depuis vingt ans, mais celle-ci était la meilleure ! Merci pour des vacances de rêve, pour un échange agréable et pour la meilleure hospitalité ! Séjour à Concarneau

Maison de ville à proximités du centte ville et de la ville close avec beaucoup de charme. Très bien équipée avec un jardin pour profiter des beaux jours. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et répondent en cas de besoin très rapidement. Seul petit bémol : pas de parking mais possibilité de se garer devant la maison ouvsur un.parking à proximité. A recommander.

Maison de ville très cosy

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de ville très cosy ! . Cuisine bien équipée, rien ne manquait. Lave vaisselle et lave linge, machine expresso, grille pain et bouilloire. 2 chambres avec parquet (une au 1er étage, l'autre au 2e étage) avec chacune leur salle de douche. PROPRETÉ IMPECCABLE. Le petit jardinet était parfait pour notre toutou. Terrasse avec plancha. Un poêle à granules a été le bienvenu le matin et le soir. Bien située : Proche de la ville close Nous recommandons et reviendrons sans problème.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft unweit von der "Ville close"

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, gut gelegen, in Laufnähe von Stadtzentrum, Hafen und Altstadt. Sauber, gut augestattet, mit quasi allem, was man im Urlaub zum Kochen und Wohnen braucht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Technik (Fernseher, Wlan) hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit Janine und ihrem Mann hat super funktioniert und war unkompliziert. Check-In war dank Schlüsselbox total einfach. Parkplätze gab es genug entweder in der Straße oder auf dem großen, öffentlichen Parkplatz um die Ecke. Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht, auch an den Regentagen. Das Haus ist empfehlenswert

Nur zu empfehlen !!!

Wir waren das erste Mal in der Bretagne und waren von der Lage des Ferienhäuschen echt super überrascht, denn man konnte in den Ortskern laufen und musste nicht nach Parkplätzen suchen. Das Häuschen selbst ist ein Stadthaus - klein aber fein und hat alles was man benötigt. Der Besitzer hat uns super freundlich mit Gastgeschenken begrüßt und uns auch tolle Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen gegeben. Es war alles sauber und die Betten für uns richtig toll, da die Matratzen nicht hart waren. Unsere noch offene Fragen wurden uns per WA beantwortet (man hätte auch anrufen können, aber wir können kein Französisch und so war es mit der Google-Übersetzer leichter). Wir können das Ferienhaus nach 14 Tagen Urlaub nur weiterempfehlen. Vielleicht werden wir auch wieder kommen, denn die Gegend, das Klima und das Radfahren war dort einfach nur klasse. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub.

Einfach pefekt!

Sehr nettes Fischerhäuschen mitten in Concarneau.10 Minuten zu Fuss in die Innenstadt. Parken direkt an der ruhigen Strasse am Haus oder am öffentlichen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Haus sehr liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Janine ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank für den perfekten Aufenthalt ! Jederzeit wieder!

Wunderschön

Wir haben zu Viert einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem sehr liebevoll eingerichtetem Fischerhaus verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und in anderen Unterkünften fehlt. Die Lage zur Stadt ist genial. Auch parken war überhaupt kein Problem. Der Kontakt war sehr gut. Wir haben vor Ort noch viele Tipps erhalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes altes Haus modern eingerichtet.
