PROPERTY: Affectionately called “Forest Grove” - Our gorgeous, wooded property is situated on 9.2 acres in rural Edgewood. The main gardens and yard are beautifully landscaped and the spacious back yard is perfect for summer activities such as Bocce Ball, croquet, horseshoe and just plain rest and relaxation. You’ll find a patio set there for your leisure time and to enjoy sunset and a glass of wine! The back part of the property has an adjoining old growth forest and pond.


HOUSE: This lovely, secluded, rambler style home will easily accommodate up to 9 people. Beautifully appointed, with new furnishings, beds, linens and housewares. All beds have comfortable pillow top mattresses, down quilts and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The remodeled kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances and cabinetry, and the kitchen is fully stocked to create everything you could ever need to cook a beautiful family meal! The kitchen also has a brand new Keurig and drip coffee machine. A light supply of coffee & tea will be available upon your arrival. Enjoy a fire in the living room or media room during the fall and winter months and A/C during the summer (a rare treat in the Pacific Northwest). The master bathroom was recently remodeled as well and all showers have a supply of toiletries’ for your convenience. We also have a completely remodeled laundry room and powder bathroom. It features a brand new, large capacity LG washer and dryer, new sink, floor, counters, cabinets and paint. The adjoining powder bathroom is brand new as well, with a new vanity, faucet and sink, toilet, cabinets and also a fresh coat of paint.
The Master has a King Bed. There are 2 Queen Bed - Bedrooms and a 2 Twin Bed - Bedroom, which is only accessed via the Master Bedroom. The media room has a comfortable sofa bed couch (which is a full size). The media room also includes a library, large TV and a beautiful electric fireplace – please feel free to take a book or leave a book. Play a fun game in front of the gas fireplace in the living room on those rainy PNW days. All TVs in the house are equipped with Xfinity Cable. WiFi is available to all our guests.
