Mini terraced single storey villa (70m²) with terrace and fenced garden of 65 m2, located between Calvi and Ile Rousse in the town of Lumio in the Marine de Sant'Ambroggio for 4 to 6 people. Quietly, the mini-villa is made up of 2 bedrooms with 160 cm double beds, a cabin bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds, a bathroom with large shower, separate wc, laundry room, fitted kitchen open to a double living room with sofa- bed, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, microwave, TV, air conditioning.

Free communal seawater pool in the Sant'Ambroggio Marine open in July and August.

Gîte très agréable - A recommander

Gîte très agréable - tout est propre Rien à reprocher quant au matériel mis à la disposition du locataire. La propriétaire que j'ai eue au téléphone est très agréable et réactive. Le seul (petit) bémol est l'absence de WIFI dans la maison.

Puebloähnliches Wohnen in tollem Ambiente

Moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Kleiner Garten mit Terrasse - schöner Blick zum Meer und Sonnenuntergang. Zum tollen Ambiente trägt auch das Wohnen in überwiegend einheimischer Nachbarschaft bei. Der kleine, schöne Strand mit herrlich klarem Wasser ist über einen ruhigen, urigen Weg in weniger als 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Im kleinen netten Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe (weniger als 100m) gibts es jeden Morgen auch frische Baquettes und Croissants! Unsere Gastgeberin Karin war sehr nett und stets erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort war etwas holprig, was aber an unseren nicht ausreichenden Französischkenntnissen lag. 😉 An dieser Stelle liebe Grüße an Christian und vielen Dank für die Geduld! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
