Tignes 2100 - Slopes view - Ski in/ski out apartment - Housekeeping included

Studio - 25m2 cabin for 4 people on the 4th floor with lift, functional and pleasant furnishings, classified 3 * (official national classification: "Atout France")
Located in the Grande Motte district in Val Claret, "Rond Point des Pistes" building, you have direct access to the slopes and ski lifts.

In summer, the "Sport Tignes / My Tignes Open" card is offered to all occupants of the apartment.

Living / dining room with large folding double bed 160x200 with duvet, TV (flat screen), Internet access,
2 bunk beds with duvets in the adjacent cabin.
Kitchen area (mini-oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher).
Bathroom / Shower and separate WC

The terrace faces west, facing the start of the slopes.
The residence is equipped with ski lockers and the ski lifts are accessible within 50 meters.

A mini-market and ski rental companies are also right at the foot of the building as well as restaurants.

Rental by period of 7 days from SATURDAY to SATURDAY, from mid-November to May.

The apartment should be returned as clean as it was left for you. We can take care of the cleaning on your request (35 €).
The linen is offered as an OPTION at the following price (to be paid at the reception):

Sheets kit (fitted sheet + duvet cover + pillowcases) for the 160x200 double bed: 17 €

Customer service left owner in the lurch

My account was hacked and this and several other reservations made in my name with a now cancelled credit card. I informed customer service of this months ago and they did not inform the owner. I wrote to them via their chat several times but kept getting cut off and never received the emails they promised they would send telling me what was happening. Very worrying all through the holidays.

Good value, great location for main lifts

I stayed here with my two sons, aged 16 and 18. We all agreed it was a great option. The boys used the bunks and I was on the sofa bed. For 3 people it was fine, but with 4 would probably be a bit of a tight squeeze. Most main lifts from Val Claret are pretty much on your doorstep (except Tufs), and there is a Sherpa and ski hire on the ground floor of the building. For the main centre of Val Claret, just take the lift at the back of the building. Keys, linen etc are picked up from Corinne in a nearby shop. She speaks English and is very helpful. In short, highly recommended if you prefer value and convenience over luxury!

The positives: -GREAT LOCATION!!! - Great views! -Well equipped kitchen - Plenty of cleaning supplies including a large rubbish bin and bag included. - Easy check in and building access. - Great wifi connection. - Plenty of HOT water! Negatives: - Very noisy above bars. -Very thin walls added to the noise. -Dated and low quality fittings and decor. -Bath and shower curtain not super clean. -Building laundry facilities advertised in listing...but "only available in summer" (?) -Pull out sofa bed terribly uncomfortable. Overall, this apartment was a very affordable option for the location. This was our 4th year in Tignes/Val Claret and this was the best location for accessing the slopes!

Localisation idĂ©ale trĂšs proche des pistes et des commerces. Par contre lit canapĂ© avec un matelas bon Ă  jeter (trĂšs fin et creux au milieu) ... Mal dormi pendant une semaine ! Pas d'Ă©tat des lieux d'entrĂ©e donc on nous a attribuĂ© une carafe cassĂ©e alors qu'on ne savait mĂȘme pas qu'elle Ă©tait lĂ ... MĂ©nage clairement pas fait par les prĂ©cĂ©dents locataires : on a dĂ» passer l'aspirateur en arrivant.

Perfect location, cozy little place

Easy check in with Corrine. Excellent location for early season training with less than a 5-minute walk to the funiculaire. Kitchen is quite small but works well, just need to keep it tidy. Beautiful mountain views, comfortable bunk bed, has everything you need. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Super destination pour faire du VTT

Appartement tres bien place, agreable et bien agence. Le parking en face est gratuit en ete. Grace aux cartes MyTignes offertes avec la location de l'appartement, vous pouvez utiliser le bikepark en illimite du premier au dernier jour de votre sejour inclus, et aussi faire d'autres activites notamment pour les enfants. Le proprietaire est tres reactif et a l'ecoute, merci !

This appartment has belonged to our Family since its contruction in the 1990’s.
Being a pilot doesn’t allow us to visit as often as we would like, this is why we have decided to rent it out so that more people can enjoy it !

We always enjoy returning to this ski resort which is part of one of the largest ski areas in the world.
Due to the diversity of this domain, everyone will find something to suit him, from the beginner to the most experienced skier.

What makes this property unique

The funicular will take you above 3400m altitude or you could walk around « Val Claret » lake or even do some cross country skiing.
The summer brings numerous activities : golf, mountain biking, water rafting in the valley, summer skiing, horse riding and of course mountain hiking.
