On the first floor of a secure building (no elevator), this 35 m² one-bedroom apartment comprises: an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a sofa bed (140cm), flat-screen TV and internet access, a balcony with outdoor furniture, an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a closet, a shower room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
Please note that the apartment is located at the rear of the building, so the terrace overlooks the street and not the sea!
However, you have direct access to the seafront through the building.
The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).
Cleaning is optional: €60.
Linens are optional: €60.
A proportional tourist tax is extra.

L'appartement est propre, très bien situé dans le centre-ville, pres de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. On y a passé un heureux Noël de 2024. Merci à Mme Chauvirey de l'agence ORPI pour son accueil et le professionnalisme.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, les commerces ainsi que le marché sont à moins de 500 m, la plage a 50 m et le logement est bien équipé
Seul bémol le canapé lit qu’il faudrait changer pour le confort
Temps moyen et venteux mais belle station balnéaire et région intéressante à découvrir.
Appartement bien situé et pratique à tous égards.
Un détail agaçant : l'entrée par la rue située derrière la résidence est originale, toutefois très acceptable surtout pour se garer facilement, mais clé d'accès difficile à manoeuvrer dans la serrure...
Bel appartement, bien situé ,avec un beau balcon, accès front de mer très facile
Nous avons passé un festival des cerfs volants très agréable,
L'équipe de l'agence très disponible, c'était parfait
