Housing
At the end of a small road winding up the hill, the house opens its doors to you in an exceptional environment. This typical villa of the region will delight you with its charm and modernity. It offers all the comfort necessary for the tranquility of the holidays.
You will enter through an arty veranda allowing you to enjoy the Provencal sweetness in spring.

On the ground floor, you will find a huge living-dining room, an independent kitchen, a WC as well as a master bedroom uniting the bedroom, the dressing room and the bathroom. On the first floor, the mezzanine distributes two air-conditioned bedrooms, a WC and a shower room.

The house has two panoramic terraces facing Mont Ventoux and overlooking the Comtadine plain. The landscaped garden and the 9x4 m swimming pool below complete the package.

Household and bathroom linen is provided.

Restaurants and amenities in 5 min on foot, close to famous Provencal and cultural places of interest (Avignon, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Gordes, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux-de -Provence, Luberon and Alpilles). Aix-en-Provence 45 minutes and Marseille 1 hour.

Sportsmen and hikers will not be outdone thanks to the magnificent walks possible from the house!

Lovers of good wine can taste the marvelous AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages Gadagne cru.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

Travelers access
You will have access to the whole house except for a semi-detached studio completely independent and without vis-à-vis occasionally occupied by a very discreet student who you will not come across.

Swimming pool secured by bar cover in accordance with current standards.
This device cannot replace the human supervision of young children when the pool is open.
