40 m2 apartment located on the 3rd floor on 4 with elevator which includes 1 equipped kitchen (classic and Senseo coffee makers, toaster, microwave, cookware ...); a dining and living room with a convertible sofa overlooking the marina and the sea; 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed separated by a screen if necessary and sea view (baby equipment if necessary); a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Balcony with garden furniture and plancha.
The residence is private and secure with ample parking, pine forest and tennis court included in the rental. All shops nearby, pedestrian street and busy harbor in summer, large market on Monday, large area 10 minutes away.

Très belle location vue sur port de plaisance très propre et au calme Propriétaires très sympathiques (Merci pour la brioche de bienvenue). Si nous revenons dans cette région nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir.
