Recent house very well appointed, composed of four bedrooms with adjustable beds (1 bedroom with a 140 * 190 bed, and 3 bedrooms in 160 * 200 modular in 80 * 200), 2 separate toilets, 2 bathrooms with double sinks and large walk-in showers. A pleasant and open kitchen with its laundry-cellar. Large living room opening onto a wooden terrace facing south. Outdoor BBQ area.
House located 800 m from all shops, restaurants and 50 m from a pass which goes directly to the beach through a pine forest. Distance to the beach: 1 km 100. Sandy beach facing due west, caressed by the golf stream, without rocky bottom.
50 m from the house, cycle paths and departure from the surf school. Quiet and residential area. Everything can be done by bike or on foot. Bike rental at 500 m.

Conforme à la description.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 9 nuits. Maison très propre, très bien entretenue et au calme. Centre du village, commodités et plage à proximité. Nous conseillons sans réserve. Excellent séjour à Oléron

Maison située au calme, bien décorée et bien équipée pour passer un bon séjour en famille ou avec des amis. Proche du village pour quelques commerces. Idéale pour les plages de la côte ouest et des balades en vélo sur les pistes cyclables de l'île. A recommander.

Excellent séjour

Nous étions 5 adultes (55 à 86 ans) et avons passé un tres beau séjour dans la maison de Sandrine. Son emplacement est excellent, à deux pas de la forêt, proche d’un supermarché et d’un tout petit marché couvert (même hors saison). Son positionnement permet d’aller très rapidement à la jolie ville de Chateau d’Oleron (grand marché) et aux pêcheries de La Cotiniere sans oublier les jolies plages. La maison est parfaite, bien pensée, très lumineuse, à la décoration soignée et particulièrement confortable. Son agencement de plein pied avec des ailes nuit permet à chacun de se reposer. Les prestations sont de qualité. Le relationnel avec Sandrine est chaleureux, authentique. Elle est réactive, attentive et force de propositions. Je recommande cette location car cette maison est une vraie maison à vivre.

Maison de vacances très agréable

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison de Grand-Village. La villa, décorée avec goût, est dotée de tout le confort souhaité. Il est très facile de louer des vélos à côté pour découvrir l'île. A recommander !
