The perfect home for your summer holiday—it’s fully air-conditioned.<br><br>7m × 3m pool, secured with a gate and an alarm.<br>Wooden deck with lounge chairs and a parasol.<br><br>On the ground floor of the house:<br>- entryway<br>- living room with French doors opening onto the pool<br>- dining room with French doors opening onto the deck<br>- library area<br>- music room<br>- fully equipped and functional kitchen<br>- beautiful master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in shower<br>- Separate toilet<br>- Laundry room (washing machine, dryer, and drying rack)<br>- Elliptical trainer<br><br>Upstairs:<br>- A double bedroom (joined twin beds, 1.60 m × 1.90 m), view of the pool<br>- a double bedroom (two twin beds pushed together, 1.60 m × 1.90 m), view of the terrace<br>- a bedroom with a single bed<br>- a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.<br><br>The bedding is spotless, the beds are made, and towels are provided.<br><br>Outside: a barbecue, a swing and a slide, a treehouse, plenty of bikes and scooters—everything for adults and children.<br><br>Not to mention our 4 chickens! They live in their coop at the back of the garden and will happily eat your food scraps along with a little grain, and they’ll give you fresh eggs every morning!<br><br>A very bright villa, bathed in sunlight all day long—it’s perfect for a wonderful, sunny holiday right by the water!<br><br>Guest access<br>You have access to the entire house, except for two rooms where we store our personal belongings.<br>The laundry room is accessible from outside, via the patio.<br>A washing machine, dryer, and clothesline are provided.<br>We make sure to leave all the necessary supplies so you have everything you need and can make the most of your holiday!<br><br>Other notes<br>- The yard is fully fenced; you can park inside or on the cul-de-sac.<br>- Our cul-de-sac is quiet, and our neighbors are lovely—please be considerate of everyone and keep things reasonable during your evenings by the pool 😉<br>- The pool measures 7 x 3 metres. It’s fully fenced but easily accessible through the living room’s French doors. Please keep a close eye on your children!<br>- The chickens need a little care: food and fresh water—and in return, they’ll give you delicious fresh organic eggs!<br>This year, we’re reviving our tomato garden; all you’ll have to do is pick them and enjoy them.<br>- Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday so we can best accommodate you.
