The holiday home consists of 2 floors, with a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The 2 floors are connected via an internal staircase and the house offers fantastic views of the sea, beach and mountains. In the garden there is a brick barbecue and a large dining table under a pergola for the whole family. The private pool with children's area is surrounded by grass. Please note that Villa Neptun only has one parking space on the property. There are several restaurants and bars near the villa, as well as supermarkets approximately 5 minutes away by car. The center of Dénia is 15 minutes away by car and a huge shopping center with shops, restaurants and cinema can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
