About this property
Beautiful Apartment with wonderful views and shared pool. 10 min walk to Sarlat
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms (1 double & 2 twin). Sleeps 6 people. Children and Adults are welcome. All the beds are very comfortable. There are mosquito blinds in all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with double sink, bath & shower and separate toilet. Outside we have a wonderful sunny patio to sit and watch the sunset over the valley. There is a patio table and 6 chairs. It's south facing so you get lots of sun! Very tranquil and peaceful setting. Please note that for July and August it’s one week minimum booking and we can do a Friday / Saturday check in. It is a great place for children as they have plenty of space. Bed linen is provided and some towels. There is a washing machine in the apartment. Guests have access to the pool. The pool is very clean & well kept. One of the great things about the apt is that you can walk into Sarlat. It is about a 15 mins walk. This is great if you have older children/teenagers with you! The location is very peaceful and tranquil.

I am always available to speak to guests by phone or email. The codes for the entrance gate, key box and WIFI will be emailed to you before your arrival. There are so many wonderful aspects to the Dordogne. It is very relaxing, peaceful and stunningly beautiful plus the food is fantastic. We have lots of recommendations in the book in the apartment as well as a complete list of local walks/hikes. I can't think of a nicer day than driving through these little villages, canoeing down the Dordogne or taking a picnic to some beautiful garden! It really is absolute bliss! There are a few horse riding centers close by to enjoy wonderful treks through forests and around fields. There are also several lakes with watersports as well as river canoeing. Lots to do and see in this magnificent area!

I work in a University and my husband is a chartered accountant. This is our second home. We have four adult adult children who love to come to Sarlat when they can.
Why they chose this property
We always loved France and were thrilled when we bought our second home here. It’s a very relaxing place. It’s quite and peaceful and yet only 10mins walk into the buzzy center of Sarlat. This really is a little piece of heaven!
What makes this property unique
You are guaranteed to unwind and relax here. Food is wonderful and great weekly food markets. We have a new large fridge so you can stock up in the market! There is nothing nicer than sitting out on the terrace, having dinner and watching the sun go down.
