About this property

La Cigale, 3-star rental house near the beach

52 m2 fisherman's house completely renovated in seaside style, it also has a 20 m2 courtyard with plancha. The house is located 1 minute walk from the beach and the city center. Once parked you can do everything on foot (bakery, restaurant, shops).
At your disposal, internet, connected TV, air conditioning, bed, bathroom and beach linen, bikes, games for children.
The courtyard is partly tiled in imitation wood and the other part in synthetic grass, it is sheltered by a pergola. There is also an outdoor shower for the return from the beach.
The two bedrooms are equipped with wall cupboards with shelves, wardrobe and drawers.
A fitted cellar is attached to the kitchen.

Ravis de notre sejour dans cette location à l'emplacement idéal, la voiture n'a pas bougé de la semaine.La location est pratique et bien pensée, adaptée aux enfants également qui ont bien apprécié les jeux qui s'y trouvaient le seul jour de pluie.Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants, sympathiques et à l'écoute. Schönes Haus, gute Lage

Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen, auch der Kontakt im Vorfeld war einwandfrei. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Betten waren schon bezogen, es lagen genügend Handtücher für Strand und Badezimmer bereit, auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Was will man mehr... Die Lage der Wohnung war super, sehr nah zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Spar, Apotheke) und auch Restaurants waren alle zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Einzige Kritik, einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung zu bekommen ist etwas Glückssache und kostet von Juni bis Mitte September 35€ Parkplatzgebühren pro Woche. Leider hatte es sehr viele Stechmücken die das sitzen im Außenbereich fast unmöglich machten. Auch in der Wohnung hatten wir immer Stechmücken. Dies wäre durch Fliegen Gitter an den Fenstern etwas erträglicher gewesen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen und Erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und kommen sicher irgend wann mal wieder. Vielen Dank

Séjour Valras Plage

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. La maison correspond exactement à l'annonce et est parfaitement équipée. Son emplacement est idéal. Nous n'avons pas utilisé notre voiture de tout le séjour. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location pour d'agréables vacances.

Maison de qualité pour de belles vacances

La maison correspond parfaitement à la description. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très serviables. La maison est parfaitement équipée et décorée avec goût, elle est idéalement située. Les jeux pour enfants laissés à disposition furent très appréciés par nos fils et 8 et 3 ans La maison ne dispose pas de place de parking. Nous avons trouvé une place devant la mer mais pendant les vacances d'été cela doit être plus compliqué..
