VILLA IN A GREEN GARDEN IN A PEACEFUL SETTING BETWEEN SEA AND MOUNTAINS FOR 5 PEOPLE.
Residential house located in a secure family housing estate. The house which is my home for half the year has two bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with bathroom; another bathroom with walk in shower; both bedrooms are air conditioned. A large corner terrace allows you to live close to the greenery. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the dining room and living room. Upstairs is a mezzanine overlooking the countryside, an inflatable bed can be installed.
The whole is located in the town of Carbet in the north of Martinique on the Caribbean side, 3 km from the historic town of St Pierre.
The beach is 250 meters away and can be walked for 3 km.

Maison pleine de charmes avec une grande terrasse aménagée pour la détente , dans un écrin de verdure, dans une propriété familiale ( très discrète/ prévenante au besoin), petit cocon parfait pour se reposer après les randonnées et autres activités.
