Neat apartment with air conditioning and wifi close to the sea

A few meters from the sea, come and enjoy a holiday with family or friends in this ideally located apartment.
Located less than 1 min walk from a cove for swimming, diving, seeing fish and 5 min walk from the large sandy beach very calm and protected.

On the first and last floor of a small residence of 4 apartments, the view from the terrace on the sea and its sunsets are magnificent with bay window all retractable in summer.

With reversible air conditioning, WIFI, and tastefully equipped, the apartment has a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, large closets and on the mezzanine of a bedroom with two 80-inch beds. (all bedding is new from 2020)
The kitchen is new and functional.
Its assets: A magnificent view, space for the whole family and proximity to the beaches.
The marina is 10 min away, you will also find a bar, a bakery, a butcher, a fishmonger, a grocery store, a press house, a restaurant, free seawater swimming pool in summer, diving school and rental of boats.

Appartement parfait pour 4 personnes, très fonctionnel, propre, bien équipé, calme et confortable. Très belle vue mer depuis la terrasse. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée et départ bien organisé. Les photos de l'annonce reflètent réellement ce que nous avons découvert en arrivant mais encore +++. L'accueil chaleureux de Florence qui nous à donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Tout y était, propreté qualité des équipements calme, tout y était.
