BOOKING TERMS: A refundable deposit it is requested upon arrival and will be refunded on the final day of renting period. Deposit amount is € 500.00 for up to 6 guests and must be deposited in cash.

Cleaning service: The property will be in a clean and well-maintained state when the guests arrive. Fresh linens and towels are provided once a week. Extra services are on request.

Guests: The total number of guests staying at the property should not exceed the persons number agreeded in the reservation phase.
Arrival and departure: Checkin after 17. 00h Checkout before 10. 30h

Checkin dates may be flexible, just ask.

Guest are expected to arrive at the property, at the predefined date and time. If a different arrival time is anticipated, the clients must notify us asap with the new arrival time.
