Family Vacation Home With Pool and Spa Near Disney and Universal
Walking through the front door, you will be truly amazed by how spacious this 2000 square foot bungalow villa really is. You will not be disappointed with it's 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathroom layout. The master bedroom with access to the pool deck has a spacious ensuite bathroom containing his and her sinks. The 2nd master bedroom is with access to a full bathroom that accesses the pool deck. The other 2 bedrooms also have access to a full bathroom.
Enjoy the pool under the gorgeous Florida sunshine and/or relax in the hot tub. You can access the pool deck from 3 sets of double french doors throughout the villa or from bathroom. The covered Lanai is accessible from the master bedroom and dining area allowing you find plenty of shade to relax under on any sunny day. The kitchen has a fridge, a stove, a dishwasher and a microwave that gives you a full view of the dining room, living room and pool deck area. The kids always love spending time in the games room as it provides the opportunity to play pool/billiards and shoot some hoops. If while on vacation you unfortunately require to perform some laundry, don't worry we have you covered with a washer and dryer. (Pool heating is not included. Additional $35.00 usd per day). Orange Tree is a private neighborhood organized by an HOA that is only a 30 minute drive to Disney and Universal. All amenities such as groceries, gas, restaurants and pharmacies are all available within a 5 minute drive. The HOA is operated by a board of directors that ensure that that landscaping is maintained and updated, safety and security is a priority and that the overall appearance of the neighborhood is maintained at a high standard of cleanliness and functionality for years to come.
What makes this property unique
The pool and spa are great along with the lanai. You can access the pool deck from 3 areas of the home including from the master bedroom. The home is spacious with over 2000 square feet of living space on the main floor. I enjoy mostly when we are all gathered in the kitchen and family room. This seems to be the times where as a family, we can converse about everything and anything without feeling crowded. Its one of those spaces when someone starts up a an enjoyable conversation, everyone gets involved. I can't explain why this happens, it just does.
