Split level 3000 square foot home-. This family friendly home is perfect for a group or multiple families.
This private setting home is located a short drive from Clayton NY In the beautiful Thousand Islands. After a fun filled day exploring nearby Clayton, Cape Vincent and Alexandria Bay send the kids (big and small) to the lower level recreational room that boosts a 16 foot bar, ping pong , air hockey and foosball tables.
When you are looking to relax outside, enjoy some quiet moments on the large, private attached 3 level deck that includes a a gas grill, bar and fire pit.
If you are looking to exercise you will find a high quality elliptical stepper in the recreation room, or enjoy a quiet Country walk or bike.
This home sits on 9 acres of land surrounded by nature.
It has a large driveway and large amount of parking area for multiple cars. It’s perfect for fishermen to park boats/trailers after a fun filled day on the St. Lawrence River.

Location was great. for Family visits. The children loved the downstairs, enjoyed hanging out. Space layout was good for spreading out with kids. Kitchen was well equipped for prep meal times and snacking. Thank You enjoyed our time.

The property was as advertised. It was very clean and well stocked. The decor was fun!! Water themed. Loved it. Spacious. Pet friendly was a big plus. The owners even left dog food to use!! Very generous people!!Was in a very accessable area to Clayton, A-bay, Cape Vincent.

Very nice place to stay

Clean, convenient and affordable place to stay while we were up fishing the St. Lawrence River. Nice accommodations and room for larger groups. Will definitely look into staying here again for future trips.

This was the perfect house for a group of 8 college friends for the weekend. The game room was a huge hit. The house was full of everything we would ever need including dish soap, tp, towels, etc. All you’d need is your food and drinks. There was an issue with the main en-suite toilet but we fixed that. There was no can opener but there is now……. We will definitely return. It’s close to the wineries, Alex bay, and downtown Clayton. Bravo!!!!!

Gene was great! Willing to work with us for special request we had that day! Rental is cozy and lots of opportunities not to get bored (TV, playroom, fire pit, grill etc.). Everything was there that we needed (wash machine, dryer, supplies, etc). It was hot in the upper 80s those 4 days, any the rental kept us feeling cool and comfortable with air conditioner units in the house. Overall, perfect time of getaway with family and friends!! Thank you, Gene! Until next time! :)

This is our second stay at this property and we loved it!The location is perfect for us while visiting the Thousand Islands region. Great stay in Clayton

My family and I had a wonderful time at Gene’s house in Clayton. It’s a short, direct drive up the road to downtown (5-7 min). The house had virtually everything we needed. The backyard is huge and the basement is a great hang out area. We would definitely stay here again!

Fishing trip to the St. Lawrence

Perfect house for me and my fishing friends to stay because of parking for trucks and boat trailers. House has everything we need and is close to the St. Lawrence river.

Great place to stay! Super convenient, with plenty of parking for boats and trailers!

Its a nice home with 2 full baths and 4 bedrooms that can sleep a group of 6 easily.its centrally located for fishing clayton and main lake areas. It has plenty of parking for multiple truck and boat rigs, along with receptacles to charge batteries. Its clean and has a nice bar and game room in basement along with super nice deck to hang out on. Ide recommend for sure!
