This house is located in a very quiet residential area, nevertheless in the immediate vicinity via a small road of the town centre of the seaside resort of Saint François and its beaches.

Villa layout: the villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (double beds of 160), 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet, washbasin), living room with a 140 bed (ceiling fan), fully equipped kitchen, partially covered terrace and private swimming pool. Please note that the 2nd bedroom is only accessible through the terrace (no interior door), it has its own bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) and a refrigerator.



Air conditioning: yes in both bedrooms. The living room is equipped with a ceiling fan.



Kitchen equipment: 4-burner hob, grill, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker (classic filter + Senseo), kettle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.



Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room and in one of the 2 bedrooms (local DTT channels), hi-fi system, ADSL Internet via Wi-Fi.



Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, hairdryer, baby bed (travel cot), iron and ironing board, charcoal barbecue.



Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes (1,500 litres).



Swimming pool: yes, lovely leisure pool with balneotherapy (3m x 3m, depth of 90 cm) surrounded by sun loungers.



Garden/terrace: terrace with a complete outdoor lounge for meals and relaxation with no overlooking neighbours.



Linen: household linen (including beach towels) is provided in full.



Associated services: upon your arrival, you will be greeted with cool drinks, the first evening meal, and the elements of the first breakfast.



To note:

-Deposit to be paid upon receipt of the booking contract and balance no later than 35 days before the stay (ANCV cheques accepted except in case of booking via Airbnb).

-Consult us for cancellation conditions, possibility of taking out cancellation insurance

-A guarantee deposit of 500 euros (cheque not cashed) is required upon entry into the premises and returned at the end of the stay following the inventory.

-A cleaning fee of 50 euros (debited by cheque or cash) must be provided upon entry into the premises.

-Tourist tax of 5% of the stay amount (capped at 2.30€ / night / adult), except in case of booking via Airbnb (tourist tax added to payment on the site).

-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people outside the contract.
