Self-contained 4-6 person gîte with shared pool

In the south of the domain, Les Boraldes is a charming house which can accommodate 2 to 6 people, entirely restored in the pure Aveyron style.

The gite, classified 3 ears by Gîtes de France, is located 6km from Saint Côme d'Olt and 12 km from Espalion.

On the ground floor, the living room with living area and open kitchen, is extended by a south-facing terrace offering a breathtaking panorama of the Lot valley and the sunset. A 160x190 sofa bed can sleep 2 people.
A pellet stove provides a softer and more pleasant heat in inter-season.

On the other side are the hallway with wardrobe, the separate toilet and the bathroom with its jet shower.

The upper floor opens onto a mezzanine offering sleeping for 2 people (1 bed 180x200 or 2 beds 90x200). An additional single bed can be added on request.

From the mezzanine, you access a vaulted bedroom with a double bed (160x200) with fireplace, which has independent access.

Free baby equipment on request.

Access to the outdoor swimming pool between June and September according to the hours provided for in the internal regulations (10 am-8pm daily).
Access to the jacuzzi (located outside) between April and September by reservation and with supplement.
Access also to the veranda of the guest house with the provision of books and board games for adults and children and tourist maps.

Rates include tourist tax, bed linen (beds made on arrival), table and household linen (towels, tea towels). Possibility to provide bathroom linen (optional for 5 € per person).

Electricity: the gîte is equipped with an individual meter. The prices displayed include a consumption of 8kWH / day. Beyond this, overconsumption will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force.
Pellet stove: the pellets are supplied at a price of 5 euros per 15 kg bag.

Guest House in Aubrac, La Source Gilhodes is located south of the future Regional Natural Park, a few steps from the Camino de Santiago de Compostela (Saint-Chély-d'Aubrac / Saint-Côme-d'Olt stop).

Overlooking the Lot valley and its sites classified as "the most beautiful villages in France" (Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, Estaing, Conques), the estate extends over more than one hectare and benefits from a southern climate, such as evidenced by its centuries-old olive trees.
