Near Saint Malo, in the heart of the large site Cap Frehel, Cap d Erquy, the house is located 800 m from the magnificent beaches of Sables d Or les pins. You will find close to many sports activities an equestrian center, a golf, a tennis and sailing club and a diving school. Many historical tours and summer events are offered. The house of 130 m2 without any opposite is surrounded by meadows and horses. . A large living space of 60 m2 with a living room and a fully equipped open kitchen. A terrace, a large garden and a play area for children.
