Fantastic - that is all!

Fantastic apartment with a well appointed kitchen. Lovely large swimming pool which we made the most of. It was surrounded by beautiful gardens and terraces where you could enjoy eating out. Within 15 minutes walk from a supermarket in a very quiet area. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would go again in a heartbeat

Acceptable & Friendly

The accommodation is tired but the friendly. It was ideal for 3 older men who were happy to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet to enjoy the rugby world cup. The hostess was brilliant, looking after us very well and always on had if we need anything. The swimming pool was a bonus due too the extremely high temperature in early September. I would recommend the accommodation for less fussy people. It could be the most wonderful accommodation if it was spruced up just a little bit. Would we go back, yes we would but not with our better halves. Only a short 15 minute walk to the tram or a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Direct to town and easily accessible.

Les seules choses et personnes fatigués et defraichis étaient les occupants de la maison. Vous comprendrez qui je vise...ma soeur a du vous récupérer plusieurs fois suite a des malaises en vous évitant l'hôpital.

J’ai malheureusement pris la suite de 2 personnes qui ont été hébergés par leur entreprise et qui ont laissé la location dans un état nécessitant quelques travaux. Cependant les relations avec l’hôte ont été très cordiales et il m’a exposé la situation. La location est au calme, près du tramway (environ15mn à pied et Bordeaux en voiture c’est compliqué), l’hébergement est spacieux (pour une famille de 4), le coin terrasse idéal, et la piscine immense (on en a bien profité) et très bien entretenue. Les 2 chiens sont tes gentils

Excellent spot très proche de Bordeaux, à 55 km des plages (Cap Ferret, Lacanau Océan). Le logement était à la fois simple, confortable, bien tenu, propre et chaleureux. Environnement extérieur boisé et reposant donnant l’impression d’être seul au monde, belle piscine théoriquement partagé mais 90% du temps nous avons été seuls à en profiter ! Tout était parfait ou presque, le seul bémol fut malheureusement l’absence de climatisation durant la canicule dont nous avons vraiment souffert. La présence de ventilateurs se révélant insuffisante. Un climatiseur, même mobile aurait été un plus non négligeable. Merci néanmoins à Virginie et Jean-Pierre qui furent sympathiques, présents et à l’écoute de nos demandes !

Séjour quasi parfait ( qques soucis de météo!)

Tout s'est très bien passé! La maison (sans doute une maison d'architecte) était très agréable à vivre avec en prime un hôte charmant et à l'écoute. Nous venions pour découvrir Bordeaux et, avec l'aide du tram, le lieu (Cenon) était parfait! En résumé un excellent séjour!

Lägenhet i arkitektritad villa

Mycket trevlig lägenhet i vacker trädgård med pool och fina uteplatser. 5-6 km från Bordeauxs centrum. Vi hyrde cyklar under hela hyresperioden och cyklade fram och tillbaka till Centrum. Trevlig hyresvärd.

On a passé 15jours chez Jean Pierre ! Tout s'est très bien passé. La maison est superbe et je ne parle pas du jardin qui est magnifique ! Jean Pierre est très accueillant et aux petits soins. La maison n'est pas loin de Bordeaux (10 min en voiture) et il y a le tram à 15 min à pied ! Je recommande vivement !

Tres calme mais pres de tout. La gentilkesse du propriétaire. La piscine est extra. La maison bien aménagée propre et laissant la lumière entrer. Les terrasses tout autours on adore. N'hesitez pas la location est vraiment top. Nous reviendrons. Merci
