Welcome to SeaCrest Villa 1101! The SeaCrest Villas is an oceanfront resort located in the perfect location on Hilton Head Island, directly across the street from Coligny Plaza. Conveniently located on the first floor and just steps from the front entrance, this villa makes coming and going a snap. The villa is also a short walk to the pools and the beach. The open and comfortable living and dining area with its 10-person table will accommodate your entire group. Share sunsets and happy hours out on the two balconies offering lagoon and distant ocean views. On-site, this resort offers a beautiful outdoor pool (heated March through April), a large, outdoor hot tub, and a beautiful sun deck for gazing at dunes, sea oats and spectacular sunsets. The Seacrest complex also offers an indoor AquaTrainer resistance pool and hot tubs in the indoor fitness center.

Golf Weekend

Excellent location and perfect for our annual golf trip. Close to everything including a grocery store. Never used the rental car for the exception of getting us to and from the golf courses. Harbor town 8 min, Herron Pointe and Atlantic Dunes 5 min, Robert Trent Jones 12 min. Perfect along with the weather.

Pleasant Stay

There were 6 adults, two 3 year olds, and one 6 month old and we were all very comfortable. The room overlooks a beautiful courtyard. The room was very spacious and offered a lot of amenities. For example, a closet with beach toys for the kids and a well stocked kitchen with a Keurig and coffee pot. The room was clean and spacious for the 3 families. We will stay here again.

Best time with family

Traveled with my husband and 3 boys (ages 1, 6, and 11) as well as my sister. Perfect setup for our family! A closet full of beach toys—the boys were thrilled. Had everything we needed. I might make a small suggestion of drapes in the room with two beds—the hall light shines in pretty brightly at night. Luckily we have good sleepers so it wasn’t t a huge issue. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Somewhat disappointing

Location is excellent but this property desperately needs an update. Tiles were cracked in multiple bathrooms, carpeting was stained in the bedrooms, walls need painting, door to patio needs repair or replaced. Access to beach was great and the pools were nice although the beach bar service and quality could be better. Easy walk across the street to multiple restaurants and a piggly wiggly that’s pricey. The Kroger a couple miles away was the best choice

It was a manageable walk to the beach. Condo had trash and hair throughout and all appliances were left sticky and yucky. We encountered several issues and some were not resolved upon check out. The deadbolt still does not work and the kitchen sink was leaking. The light switch in queen bedroom we could not get to work either. The beds were okay but not super comfortable. Really need black out curtains in all bedrooms. The queen bedroom has a hallway light and exit light coming in the window all night. The only time we encountered noise issues was the last night. Loved how it was located so close to all the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza.

Beautiful condo

We love Seacrest and the condo was spacious and decorated beautifully. However, we did have one issue with our condo. We had water dripping from a ceiling vent/air conditioner onto our living room couch and anyone sitting underneath it.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It was extremely clean and had beautiful accommodating furniture for big parties. My only complaints was that check in was 4pm and check out was 10am which is a little later and earlier than I've experienced and when I asked for an hour early check in i was told they don't offer it. Besides that we loved the location and the place itself!

Nice getaway

The 3 BR 3 Bath is actually a 3.5 bedroom and legitimately sleeps 12 people! There is an additional small room with a day bed and trundle so it was very comfortable for a large group. It does not have a view of the beach even thought it is a beach front property, it sits back on the property so a nice view of the gardens, fountains and much nicer than a parking lot view but does not see the ocean. But it’s only a short walk away. There is a large table that seats 10 plus 3 bar stools. I did not think the kitchen was well stocked with quality cooking equipment (and was not clean) so bring your own if you are particular. It does however have both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Great value! Also fantastic location by Coligny with grocery store and many good restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

Nice place but needs some upgrades

Rug in main room is old and dirty and rolls up on the corners making it a tripping hazard. We rolled it up out of the way during our stay. Also they is no mat at the back exterior door to wipe your feet when entering and back door handle is also in need of repair. Overall the place is nice and conveniently located. The view from outside porch is pretty useless. In my opinion place is overpriced.

Great location and wonderful stay

Seacrest 1101 was a very good place to stay that comfortably fits 8 adults. The location is fantastic and the pool and beach area is the best- Pool Bar Jim’s was great for the adults and kids. The condo is nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen and Bathrooms need an upgrade- they were older and used- however overall the place made a great trip. Vacasa team was helpful and move in and out was easy.
