With a gorgeous corner position in the oceanfront Sea Cabin Villas, this third-floor condo enjoys breathtaking views of the beach, the dunes, and the Atlantic Ocean. The perfect spot for a small family getaway, this condo includes a private balcony, community access to an outdoor pool and fishing pier, and an ideal location next to all the shops and eateries in the heart of Isle of Palms.

This beachfront complex is ideal for those interested in surfing, sunbathing, and taking long walks on the beach. Stroll down Ocean Boulevard to shop and dine in the downtown area of Isle of Palms, or catch some live music at The Windjammer nearby. Rent jet skis or paddleboards at the Isle of Palms Marina (two miles east), sit down for a meal to remember in downtown Charleston (13 miles west), or take a quick trip over to Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant (seven miles inland) to enjoy a beautiful sunset on the water.

Construction is currently ongoing in certain areas at the Sea Cabin Complex. We apologize for any inconvenience. The project should be completed by March 2023.

Really nice

View was great! The entire place was great. Struggled getting in and out of the front door but other than that, we had an amazing stay! Guest services was quick to respond with our issues with the door code and key.

Beautiful! The interior was updated and nicely decorated. The view of the ocean was really relaxing and exceptional for the price. The kitchen was well stocked. And the place was clean. The only reason I’m not giving this an excellent rating is b/c the bed is low and mattress is sort of worn out. Another con is that we have to take our own trash out. But I would give this stay a 9.5 out of 10! We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Wonderful place to stay by the ocean

The views from the 3rd floor balcony and windows are spectacular! We saw some amazing sunrises and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with the beach just steps away. The kitchen was modern looking and fully stocked. We hope to return to this lovely vacation spot.

Sea Cabins 2023

This is our second year at the Sea Cabins. We very much enjoyed it both times and have made reservations to come back next year. The condos are a bit dated but clean and provide everything needed. The location os outstanding to the beach and the town, restaurants, etc.

This unit was small but really nicely done. It had an incredible view of the beach and we watched the sunrise right from the balcony while sipping our coffee every morning! Super location within an easy walk of all the shops and restaurants .

Overall I enjoyed our experience here. The room is good for a couple or couple with one small child. Other than that it would be tight. Room was clean and stocked with basics. They don’t have blackout curtains so bring an eye mask.

Wonderful view

The condo was clean and mostly as expected. The view from the balcony was spectacular and it was a few steps from the beach. The 42 steps up to the condo got a little old but we knew there was not an elevator. The bedroom was tight and not real comfortable. It was a nice trip

Place needs major updating with fresh paint and new toilet. “Fresh clean” Towels were kind of dirty “new” linens had a chlorine/bleach smell and the storm ruined out trip causing us to leave early and the rental company refused to partially refund us or credit us

The view is spectacular! The condo was 4 star clean. But, it lacked things to make it feel like home. For example: extra blankets (only 1 supplied & it's on 1 of the beds); some basic kitchen supplies like salt & pepper, and nothing extra like coffee & tea, etc.; and games. No personal touches.
