This lovely third floor condo has the best views in the community. See all the way to the Morris Island lighthouse from the balcony and Wild Dunes from the front door. Just steps from the beach, private fishing pier, Isle of Palms County Park, and pool.

The condo has been updated with laminate flooring and tasteful beach decor. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you'll need to whip up a delicious meal.

The cozy bedroom, typical to the Sea Cabins, has a queen size bed and full bathroom access. The hallway includes two cot-style bunk beds, which makes a fun sleeping spot for the kids! There is a queen-sized sofa bed, if needed.

Had a wonderful time. The beach and pier was right there and so beautiful. Peaceful and relaxing. The place has a few dumps. Long crack in the living room ceiling. The sofa pull out mattress has definitely seen better days, no padding. The couch itself was comfortable though. Maintenance was very nice they came and fixed the toilet the very next day. Balcony furniture table is unstable and chair cushions are warn out. The bed was comfortable. Great for 2 ppl but anymore you would be a little cramped. The company and linen service and ground keepers was nice and help. Like I mention, just a few dumps but not enough to make the stay uncomfortable. Isle of Palms is a great vacation stay.

I really enjoyed staying at the Sea Cabin. The furnishings were comfortable, and the place was clean. The view was very nice and the pier was a great place to sit in the evenings.

Great location

Location was great. Nice beach and good restaurants. The property was just ok. Air conditioner didn’t function well so we didn’t get much sleep because it was too hot. Plus lack of air conditioning meant that our clothes and luggage smelled like mold after just a couple of days. Shower was slow to drain. And the pillows on the beds had quite a lot of use//need to be replaced. TV didn’t work either — not that we wanted to watch a lot of TV but 30m of news in the evening would have been nice. So overall the location was great and if you don’t plan to spend any time in the room it was ok. A little spendy given the age and condition of the property in my opinion.

Great Setting

Was pleased with the facility. The kitchen was well stocked with pots , pans, and utensils. More-so than anywhere else we stayed. Bed was very comfortable. It has a mini fridge which was perfect for us. Being on the third floor was a pain to haul our luggage and groceries. However, the third floor has great views.

Fabulous Beachfront condo with ocean view

The condo was perfect for me and my husband! Fantastic beach with pier. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. I would not recommend for family. It’s very small. Close drive to Charleston, Sullivan’s Island and Shem’s creek.

New to the area, wasn't sure what to expect. Clear view of the ocean just sitting on the back porch-wow, so relaxing and peaceful to listen to the waves and watch the dolphins swim by in the morning. Location is perfect, we walked to all the restaurants, bars and the grocery store. The condo is very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Cannot wait to come back.

We loved the close proximity to the pool, beach, and private dock. It was in walking distance to some great food, beverages, and great views. The only set back was that photos on the listing appeared to be a bit more spacious. We did find the bedrooms and living space a bit crammed. But that forced us to enjoy the great views of the ocean from our balcony, to the use the pool and stroll on the beach, etc.

Great location, cute, needs some updating!

This property was cute and the location was wonderful. The sofa and easy chair need to be replaced as they are stained and worn and honestly make it hard to relax. There are some items that have been updated, but it could really use a few more items updated to make it more comfortable and feel clean!

Great Location And Amazing View

The property had amazing views of the shoreline and you could hear the surf from our balcony! Lots of places to walk to for coffee, breakfast or dinner (and happy hour too!). The only downside was the “smell” in our unit - it may have been the cleaning products or laundry soaps? During the day we kept the front door open and the balcony door. O no issue. At night I had issues sleeping in the bedroom as the window did not open so I slept in the living room to catch the ocean breeze. An unexpected downside to our stay.

Charleston Golf Getaway

My friends and I planned a last minute golf trip in Charleston. The location of the unit was perfect being right by the beach and within a reasonable driving distance to many courses we wanted to play. The unit itself was perfect for the time we spent in it, space enough for 4, and had all of the extras our group was looking for. Only little hiccup was during the check in process, us not easily getting our access codes to the unit, pool, and beach. However, these were easily addressed with a quick phone call and message. This place again was perfect and helped put this trip over the top for us! Thank you for the hospitality!

Nice Little Place

This property, while small, was perfect for my husband and me for a long weekend. The location is perfect, and the view is phenomenal. This was one of the cleanest properties in which we have ever stayed, and the kitchen was outfitted with all of the necessities plus more.There were two things that prevented a 5 star overall rating. My husband and I prefer a mattress on the firm side, but the mattress here was extremely soft. We ended up sleeping on the sofa and recliner (which were very comfortable). This wasn’t a huge issue, and for those who don’t like a firmer mattress, it would not be a problem.The second thing that necessitated a reduction in the star rating was the inoperable ceiling fan in the great room. By inoperable, I mean the fan had NO blades and looked like it was going to fall from the ceiling. Without the fan to circulate air, the unit became quite stuffy.The condo was still a good value.

The pictures are misleading and greatly exaggerated. This unit could use a lot of TLC. There’s rust on the bath tub fixtures & shower curtains. The bathroom mirrors panel is cracked and falling apart. The curtains leading to the balcony & sofa are filthy. Build up dirt and grime is caked on the floor covers, sliding glass doors opening, There’s ceiling cracks & cracks in the wall. The paint job is horrible. We couldn’t use the tv in the bedroom because it only operates on Roku. The living area tv’s quality is poor. The image is grainy and unclear. There needs to be instructions on how to use the remotes and tv. More power outlets should be available. Move the cassette player from the unit. I wasn’t provided with the room number and quickly realized that it was because my room was on the 3rd floor. I am recovering from ankle surgery AND my 77 year old mother has had 2 knee surgeries. The climb was taxing on our bodies. Property is NOT handicapped friendly. I strongly suggest that the property owners invest in an elevator and a reputable contractor to clean, upgrade the unit. The cracked & broken panels and fixtures are a risk management hazard. Needless to say, I’ll never reserve at this property again.
