Welcome to the Sea Cabin Condominiums, where the beach is only a walk away and the excitement of Isle of Palms is also within easy reach. These lovely condos have a fantastic location right in the center of the island, and this adorable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom second-floor unit is the perfect escape for a little beach vacation! Living room sleeper sofa is brand new as of June 2023 and new bathroom vanity in April 2023!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
• The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
• Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children and even perfect for some small adults. They’re also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
• All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
• Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
• Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay!
• Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass during peak season (June 1 – August 1). One extra pass may be requested during the off season.
• The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
• No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
• No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
• This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!

This second floor unit was recently remodeled in 2020, along with having its air ducts cleaned and sterilized in 2021, giving you peace of mind and comfort. Step inside the home to be greeted by a bright entry hallway with new wood-laminate flooring. There are two twin beds built into the wall, providing convenient extra sleeping space that’s ideal for the little ones. You’ll find the full bathroom also, which offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and a unique glass bowl sink.

The hallway leads to the open concept kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily make your own lunch to take along to the beach, or to enjoy outside on your balcony. The kitchen offers a modern feel, with white cabinets, a tiled backsplash, and high-quality stainless-steel appliances. You’ll also find perks like a coffee maker and microwave!

The living area offers a clever setup, allowing you to enjoy the TV from multiple angles. It’s mounted above the four-seater dining set, making it easy to put something on while you’re sitting at the table, or you can watch it from the sofa against the far wall. The sofa can be pulled out into a convenient sleeper for extra space! (Memory Foam Sleeper Sofa installed June 02, 2023)A ceiling fan is a bonus feature, as it can keep the temperature cooler if you’d like. Just off the kitchen you’ll find a handy desk setup, where you can get some work done or use your laptop—there's also free Wi-Fi in the unit!

Sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony with an ocean view. The space is furnished with a two-seater high-top table, creating the perfect spot to take in the sunrise or sunset—maybe even enjoy a meal or two! Journey back inside to find the bedroom, which offers a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV with cable access. It’s a relaxing spot to retreat to after a sunbaked day exploring the shore! When don’t have the energy to head out to the beach, you can relax at the shared resort-style pool or unwind by taking advantage of the private fishing pier!

The Sea Cabin Condominiums are 490 square feet and share a Community Pool (including a kiddie pool), Laundry Facility, and also have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are centrally located right on Ocean Blvd which is a great location to be within walking distance to Local Restaurants, Beach Shopping, the county park, ice cream shops, island night life, and more! The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! Wireless Internet is also available. The complex has a very large pool and a kiddie pool. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.

Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

The hallway consists of a bunk bed built-in to the wall - perfect for small children!

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool including a kiddie pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are each 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety!

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Location great but…
We’ve stayed at several Sea Cabin rental units in the past and love the location. This unit has been redone with new floors, nice large shower, comfortable bed, smart tvs, some new furniture and an upgraded kitchen,(tho the cabinets/drawers lacked handles/knobs which was very annoying, the oven snd stove top confusing and the toaster broken). However, it needs a deep cleaning, repainting and minor repairs. Tho our stay was at the end of the summer season it seemed the owners could’ve done some upkeep before off season rentals. We asked the local rental realty to clean more, especially the front door area, the sliding door tracking, and door frames. The air exchange grill is rusty and nasty looking. Unless deep cleaned and repainted I would not stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great! Only one thing we found a problem with was the condos who have a shoe tray outside their front door which we both tripped over when unloading and loading our luggage! Please be careful.

The condo was overall ok, but "oceanfront" although technically correct, didn't really convey that you look across a lot of parking lot before you see the ocean. Also thought the stove top and ovens were complicated. otherwise fine.

Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first.
