This beautiful, sunny ground-level condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious screened-in porch with serene pond views, a washer and dryer, central AC/Heat, and an open-concept layout. The unit is uniquely located directly next to one of Sanibel Village's three pools, perfect for a quick swim or a full day of relaxation. Pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Sanibel Village is a picturesque bayside community directly behind Big Fish Grill and Arena. The community offers three pools, tennis courts, and is bikeable to downtown Rehoboth and the beach. A short drive takes you to outlet malls, supermarkets, restaurants, a water park, movie theater, and the charming downtown Rehoboth Beach area. The property is just 1.5 miles from the beach, boardwalk, and downtown, with an easy driving path to avoid traffic, and excellent restaurants are within walking distance.
Plenty of unassigned parking is available. The condo offers central AC, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a screened-in porch, and an electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed, linens are not provided but a linen rental package is available, the condo accommodates up to five guests, and there is a seven-night minimum rental. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. Have Stayed Multiple Times, Would Stay Again

This is our second time staying at the unit, and we would definitely stay there again :) We have found it just the right size for our family (two adults, one child) and convenient to the areas we want to get to. Recommended.

Great Short Getaway

The property has just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's a little dated but the furniture and mattresses seem new. It's a very quiet and peaceful place. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch.

We had a great week at the beach!!! The condo was great, clean and we loved how close to the pool it is. Great location easy to get in and out of. I only wish there was some kind of pantry or free standing shelf to store food! We will definitely book again!

For small group

Unit was perfect for the four of us. Bigger then pics indicated. Short drive to the beach. The unit could use some necessary kitchen utensils. The internet was very weak and kept knocking us off. We stayed right by one of the three pools which was very convenient. Close to stores and outlets and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great location and super quiet

This condo is located in a great location, right behind Big Fish Grille. The permanent tenants were super inviting. This is definitely a family-friendly place to stay. The condo was impeccably clean and had everything you could possibly need.
