The studio, on the first floor of an ancient three-story building, is silent and comfortable.
Due to its composition it is ideal for two people.
From this accommodation it is easy to reach any point in Florence: 15/20 minutes on foot in Ponte Vecchio, 10 minutes by bus to the nearest railway station (Campo di Marte) and 20 minutes from the central station (S. M. Novela) and a stone's throw from bus connections to the surrounding hills (Fiesole, Settignano, etc. ..)
In fact, the house enjoys an enviable strategic position: reaching the corner of the block you are along the river with a view of Ponte Vecchio and other monuments of Florence.
We recommend this pleasant walk along the Arno river to enjoy the view of the most famous monuments, which as you walk seem to meet you to be easily reached.
From the back of the house, instead, a characteristic pedestrian street (via San Miniato) starts among the olive trees, which in a few minutes, going up the hill, will take you to Piazzale Michelangelo, offering romantic views of Florence along the promenade.
Just a 5 minute walk away is the lively San Niccolò district, full of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, meeting places, artisan workshops, etc. .
Even a few meters from the house you will still find grocery stores, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.
