This condo features granite countertops, central heat and A/C, wood and tile flooring throughout the unit. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and most importantly a Keurig coffee maker so be sure to bring your favorite K-cups! The building features a heated indoor pool that you can enjoy year round, a hot tub, an outdoor pool, and it is right on the ocean so you can soak up the salt and the sand!

With all of the nearby attractions you may only stop in to recharge your batteries. This condo is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, and is close to everything. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. A 20 minute walk can get you to the Boardwalk, where you can find arcades, gift shops, amusements, bars, and restaurants. A 30 minute walk can take you to Broadway at the Beach, the areas largest shopping,dining, and amusement district. You are sure to find something there for the whole family!

Great stay!

Overall our stay was great! Place is small but cute. Loved getting to see the sunrise which was beautiful! Brad was extremely responsive which was very appreciated. Upon arrival we discovered there was no Keurig as stated in the write up. Brad was very responsive (unfortunately it appears someone may have stolen it) and immediately ordered a new one which arrived the same day on the doorstep. We loved that the beach is just a short walk, as well as a great breakfast place. Covered garage across the street and friendly security presence in the garage most days. Building is a bit run down as elevator stopped working after the second day but the elevator on the other side was still working so we were good. Overall recommend with a great host.

Great City Location

The location was wonderful for exploring Myrtle Beach as it gave some distance between the chaos of downtown. The listing itself was nice and the view wonderful.

The view almost made it worth it..

Extremely dirty.. mold in the bathroom vent/grout, dust growing down the bedroom wall, sand all over the sheets and floors.. would be okay if they cleaned between guests

Property was just as described. Very nice condo ended up staying an extra night and they made it very easy to do so. I am grateful for VRBO and will use them time and time again
