Everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation or winter escape! 3 bedroom 2 bath house walking distance to great restaurants, grocery store and of course the beach! Beautiful backyard oasis with tropical garden, pool, gazebo with hot tub and outdoor tv. Gas fire pit, and grilling area. Pool, hot tub and fire pit are shared spaces with 1bd/1ba cottage. Both house and cottage have dedicated washer/dryer, outdoor dining, and grill. 30 MINIMUM STAY
